Tagerr does great work. I had a project I needed converted from HTML to Wordpress fast; they worked it into my schedule, on time!
I loved how they used shortcodes and custom post-types where appropriate, making editing the website and adding content much easier. Most of the other options I've looked into don't do that.
Just to show you how meticulous they are, the design I had used a different version of JQuery than Wordpress is bundled with. They resolved that issue without even being asked.
