Item has not reached me. I'm not sure what scanning on delivery means here. If it's just left on the doorstep to be stolen, scanning doesn't help.
Perhaps you could chase it for me?
Second update- The package was found outside the house today. How long it's been there can only be speculated, as I did look for it a couple of times last week.

Absolutely amazing customer service, I was on a tight deadline and needed a delivery quickly. The person I spoke in the phone to said she will keep an eye on my order and process immediatley, which she did and the package arrived in the nick of time.
