If their was an option for 0 stars I would of chose that, after a month of emailing the support email and getting told the same thing no matter what I said, they finally arrived today from China, they are nothing like it shows on the picture as they are the cheapest version you can make, DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

I ordered $600 worth of lighting for my new home. That was 18 days ago. I have never received a confirmation of order, status of order, shipping info or possible delay info. The “live chat” offered as customer service is a complete joke. They are not helpful and gave me an email address to contact for support. I haven’t received anything back. Thank God I ordered through PayPal. I will be filing a claim with them today to get my money back.

Please beware. Fraudulent websites with one objective, steal your money. Dont be that mouse caught in their trap tempted by cheese.

Do not give them your money, if you order from them you will regret it for sure.

I emailed "sales@takeluckhome" to ask a few questions. Been about 10 and no reply. Think I will avoid shopping here with concerns it is not a trustworthy place to shop.

I ordered a shirt for my granddaughter...$28 for her for Christmas and I still have not received it! I wish I would have seen the reviews Before I wasted my money. Customer service(live chat) wasn't any hep at all! They gave me an e-mail address and I still haven't heard back from them!

I really wish I'd seen this site before I ordered from TakeLuckHome. I ordered 4 tees nearly a month ago, no sign of them although their site says they've shipped. I emailed to ask where they were, confirmation pop-up said I would receive a reply within 24 hours - I am still waiting, nearly a week later. SCAM?????

Awful! Took my money and products not in stock and instead of giving me a refund keep offering discounts on other products I don’t want! Live chat very rude - some of their replies include ‘yeah yeah’ and ‘understand pre-sales?’ - in spite of the fact they assured me they were customer support. I asked three times to speak to a manager and keep being directed to a different company called ‘beautiful halo’ .... I’m so cross and think I’ve been scammed to be honest

Took months for the order to not be "processed" and then never was delivered. The customer service sucks, they just were like it's not our fault it was never delivered even though it said it was. I waited a week just to make sure it wasnt just delay or something. Bottom line this place will steal your money. Dont risk it.

I tried to order a phonecase from here, a simple thing to supply. It took 2 months to finally arrive in England and when it finally did, it was sent to Atwick, yet I live in West Sussex. I didn’t mention Atwick at all on my address and am currently asking for a refund as I will not be getting that phone case. If they don’t give me back all my money, I don’t think I’ll be able to keep calm and will probably kick off. From other reviews it seems I won’t be getting my full money back. Even after all the trouble.

Ordered a jacket and when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture, then had to explain over email the problem to someone who could not really understand English and was offered a 10% refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I would give zero stars if I could.

My daughter ordered a coat from this website. When it arrived, it was well below the standard described and presented on the website. The size was irregular with long sleeves, narrow waist, large hips, narrow neckline. The buttons were misaligned, the material a substandard polyester fleece rather than coat material and the lining was shabbily attached. The colour was very different to the colour shown on the website - there is no question of 'may be due to a change in computer settings' as the returns policy describes.
When these issues were written in an email to the support address in the returns policy section, my daughter received an email saying that there was nothing wrong with the coat sent and that they were only able to offer a 10% refund.
This is unacceptably bad service. First sending a substandard item, then insisting that it is correct and implying the customer is in the wrong for not accepting a substandard product; and finally, offering only 10% refund of the full purchase price.
