Dont answer emails or phone calls
Catalogue of errors ,losing important documents that they have signed for,claiming they have emailed us documents which they haven't & sent important documents relating to the purchase with someone else's name on ... I do Not recommend this company at all

Emma and her team made the sale and purchase so much less stressful than it could have been. Their communication was great, they were always friendly and answered all of my questions really quickly. I would highly recommend them if you are moving house.

My experience with Talbots Law during the sale of my property was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the process. On one occasion, I was told that emails had been sent to me, but I never received them. A week later, I was contacted and criticised for not responding to emails that had never arrived.

The whole process felt disorganised and unnecessarily stressful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Talbots Law for conveyancing.

Excellent service from Paul Woolliscroft .. he helped with my medical negligence claim and he was brilliant from start to finish .. thorough in explaining everything, very patient, helpful and professional at all times. Honestly amazing thank you so much for everything you did and the help and support though out the claim process .. definitely 10 out of 10.

Sean Knight and Amber Moulding were incredibly helpful and supportive through what ended up being a slow frustrating exchange process due to the other party’s solicitor. Sean was always available to give me regular updates and made the process as pain-free as possible in the circumstances. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Do not trust these novices! they delay the process of purchasing a property untill the very end by asking so many stupid irrelevant questions about your source of funds and such. They have a bunch of low-grade cheap lawyers from outside the UK who cannot even understand simple things in a bank statement. They caused me several thousand pounds of damage by failing to complete a purchase!

I really cannot praise Nancy and Foz highly enough - they both provided an excellent service from start to finish. They took over our flat sale at a late stage, because our usual, local solicitors had let us down badly, and Nancy and Foz had to work to a very tight deadline to get the sale through before our buyers’ mortgage offer expired. The sale was complicated because the flat was in a block with cladding and special rules applied - but they were remorseless in chasing up Abbey Developments to obtain the Landlord’s Certificate and get the paperwork through on time. Added to that, for reasons related to the buyer and their hopeless solicitors, the date for exchange and completion had to be delayed 3 times - but Talbots handled it all with aplomb! We were kept informed at every stage, and fees were in line with the original quote. I really cannot thank Nancy and Foz enough for getting us over the line, just before the deadline expired! I picked Talbots because the on-line reviews were so good - and based on our own experience I can believe that those reviews are well-deserved!

Ethan Davis and team worked tirelessly to jump through all the hoops in buying and selling for our move. They called when needed and did so much in the background to help make the process as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend!
