We bought both the WT2 Edge and the W4 Pro translator earbuds. The delivery was very fast the next day. The whole order was handled excellently and delivered with an extra free protective case, which is very convenient.
We have used both earphones at work. Our preference is the w4 Pro. You don't have to hold the mobile phone with the screen open, you just plug it in and that's it. The signal is not interrupted and the earbuds go over the ear, which is comfortable. The earbuds themselves feel durable and have a professional look to them. The
pronunciation and translations are loud and clear, translations good in the languages we used. Battery life is long. I tried it at work and it worked great. You don't have to press every time you want to talk, you just turn it on and it works. I find the product a relief, and am very satisfied.

The Wt2 Edge also works well and was very easy to set up with the TimeKettle app on my phone.The earbuds fit well, both for myself and my colleague.The translations are fast, and the speaking speed is
adjustable. You speak in your own language and the other person hears it in his. Of course, he sometimes misses a few weird or mispronounced words, but generally he understands everything. There are many language options and not unimportantly, there are many supported languages to translate.
In my case, it is very useful for communicating with some of my non-native speakers. But my first choice is definitely the W4 Pro, even though it is more expensive, this is a super innovative device for translation.

Beware. This Dutch foreign language aid products related company is the worst online company I ever encountered, Very customer unfriendly and does not keep promises.
First of all they listed a product for sale that could be delivered the next day, but when I called the next day (to inquire why no shipping email was sent) they insisted that in the small print somewhere on the site it says that they cannot guaranteed delivery times and they treated me like I ought to know that. This despite that they explicit;ly posted next day de;livery.
Then they told me that the product was not in stock and backordered and that it would be shipped within 2 to 3 days. Nowhere does it mention this on their order confirmation.
Then I called again on FRoday when the 2-3 day shipping delay they mentioned in teh call was exp[ired and I got a quite rude person on the phone that was constantly yelling and even threatened to cancel the order. He also demanded I show him a screne shot of the original ordered product where it said that there would be next day delivery. As if people do that whne ordering. Pure pretend of course that he wated to help.
Ultimately he told me that the product that was back-ordered had arrived. But they had not sent a shipping email yet. I appealed to him to become more customer friendly and ultimately he stopped his cancellation threat and said he would ship that day but he still continued to scare me by saying that he could not guarantee that the delivery service would deliver the next day.
In the end it arrived the next day. We lost a lot of additional money on this delayed delivery for other reasons. NEVER AGAIN.
