WARNING do not use this company …

WARNING do not use this company talktalk are so bad I have had slow broadband forever. When it works which is rare I have lost count of how many times I have phoned theyou are rude useless and make things stressful. I have a great nephew that was born at 24 weeks in rome who is fighting for his life and I use online chats to keep up to date and to talk to his terrified mother who is only 21. Most the time I can't take calls as my broadband is slow or down. It only works for about 5 hours a day so fed up with this company all they want is your money oh and there way of solving a problem send a new router I have 7 . KEEP AWAY

Telephone Line Fault

Stay away from this company! They are awful. I have rang the customer service department a thousand times. Problem is still not sorted out. Talktalk sent a BT Engineer over 3 months ago and he advised that the line has a problem. Talk Talk has refused to fix the issue. I rang and am told the technical dept will sort it out but the problem is still there. I don't want anyone to have the same experience - PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM Talktalk by ALL MEANS! Avoid at all costs!

Appalling customer service

Never never never sign up to this appalling broadband company, I have been complaining for 12 years about my slow internet speed. After having several call outs from but the problem was supposed to be rectified but the speed fell back down to 1mb,After paying in excess of £4000 in monthly charges over the duration of 12 years they finally found the fault they had the audacity to charge me a call out charge. I complained that I had been getting extremely lie speeds for 12 years they where not interested in reimbursing the call out fee .i have cancelled by contract and direct debit and shall be going to a more professional company, once again stay away from this company they take your money and do not want to sought out your problems. I shall be contacting my solicitor regarding this matter and I will persevere with my intention to make customers aware of the appalling service of talk talk. Once again stay away use bt or other more professional companies but not talk talk

web mail service

TalkTalk webmail service is diabolical. Customers have been having problems for months They changed their system into something from the very first e-mail sites, it's slow or doesn't load you have to keep constantly logging in. There is a TalkTalk community where people try to help you out- not TT officials and TT have now started putting my e mail from it into trash!!! Ceos have been contacted about the problems but it never gets better.

Never Ever Again! Talk Talk are Diabolical!

Incompetent, unprofessional, rude, inadequate, useless, unskilled, unqualified, ignorant, insulting, liars, swindlers........the list goes on, but thats just my experience.

Avoid this company and save yourself the hassel. Talk Talk cannot do exactly that, they can't talk in English. Let alone not protecting your data!!!!

3 calls a day from India saying from Talk Talk on a new ex-directory number provided by Talk Talk!!!!

We changed supplier and would never ever use them or an associated company again. Even if they offered their services for free!

Highly recommended to avoid this company!

People say you get what you pay for, well you don't get what you pay for with Talk Talk.

Avoid!

terrible

Talk talk do not care about their customers. they never keep promises they make. They constantly put you on hold. promise call backs but not ring back . Say manager is busy.
They give lot of discounts to new customers, do not look after loyal customers.
you constantly have to ring them. They do not compensate for your time wasted or the stress caused. They are not reliable. All theybare bothered about is ripping you off. avoid at all costs. They make feeble excuses

Talk talk absolutely disgusting service

I have been with talk talk 4 years and have never been treated so badly by a company as I have in the last few weeks. I made a complaint regarding the cyber attack and was offered two free bills and free fibre optic this never happened and then I got told I would get call backs to offer more these never happened and finally I get the call I was waiting for and I was made out to be a liar and told you get nothing now tough. AVOID this company please they are a joke

Do not use talk talk please please

I have been with talk talk for 3 monthes,i haven't yet got my you view box yet, my fone line has never worked,you go on live chat they just cut you off,and to top it all I was paying £24 pound a month,then I got my 2nd bill it was £54 pound !!!! please please please please,never go on talk talk ,plus the internet just keeps on cutting out every 5 minutues,they have just took the piss out of me!!!!

Waste of time

I have been with talktalk for a while now but recently I have had nothing but problems, here is my tale of woe:
In the past six months or so my broadband connection has been dropping intermittently so I phoned talktalk and everytime I had the "we must run checks" scripts so after many calls I taold them the checks have been done numerous times they sent out an engineer who couldn't find anything wrong costing me £50. After this the signal kept dropping so I phoned again and the "checks" speech again when I told them again checks had been done they agreed to send out another engineer who could find nothing wrong so I had a new router my third. I told them I was not paying again for the engineer they agreed to wave that fee. Three weeks ago the signal went down this time I had (and still at the time of writing ) no internet connection so I phoned again and informed them that I was leaving and going to another supplier. I was passed to the loyalty team where I asked for compensation for no connection as I have a online business I was told "stay with us we'll compensate you, If you go you get nothing" I was stunned by the arrogance and what can only be described as blackmail. So I said I wont pay my final bill until I get some compensation I was told " we are a global company and we could make things very difficult for you" I was again stunned so I told him I will not be threatened or blackmailed and I am going now for certain. This morning they sent out another engineer who said it was the router when I phoned talktalk to tell them what the engineer said all I had was the hard sell and that this problem will be there whoever I go with to which I replied "maybe but they will actually do something about it". Talktalk have had six months to sort this out and they have done nothing but check the line check the network and keep on telling me there is no fault and leaving it there. My last call to talktalk I was trying to explain to the girl that the router was kaput she kept on with the hard sell and when I it and started shouting in frustration she said "it's not my problem" and passed me on to someone else and the call was disconnected by "mistake" DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER RELATIONS IS NON EXISTANT AND THE ARROGANCE OF SOME OF THEIR CALL CENTRE STAFF IS STAGGERING.

avoid

i am having treatment for cancer and am not well, i have been with talk talk fro a few years, my contract is due for renewal. i decided to go with a new provider and cancelled my tal talk contract, i also told custormer services that i had cancer, they said they would stop the nuisance phone calls. it took all of two minutes for the girl from talk talk to phone me to say she was very upset i had cancelled my contract, i lost the plot! you can be dying but providing you can talk on the phone talk talk want your custom!

Unauthentic site, No communication and no updates

This site is terrible, just use by fake users to add fake reviews. I worked for Wholesale Pages, it is a very reputable site, but competitors are adding fake reviews about it on this site and there is no way to contact them and ask for their support. It looks like an owner makes and leaves it just for bad work. There is no standard of this site and it is an unreliable source for any type of information.
