I agree--not a real company

I agree. This is a fake company that lures buyers in with promises of hard-to-find items. I delt with them before and it took months to discover they did not have the UPS parts I needed. I gave them another try, but again, I got no email confirmation (luckily, I printed their confirmation page after my purchase), their phones never answer and they don't respond to email. When I finally got through to Salt Lake City they said they were "moving their warehouse" but heard nothing since. I have no confidence in their ability to follow through. If I still lived in Texas, I would drive to San Antonio but I expect to find an abandoned storefront.

Seeing that the company responds here

Seeing that the company responds here, I am curious if you can confirm that your Koss Pro4AAAT headphones are in stock? Also I will paying with a Visa giftcard so there will be no returning the money after the cards data is entered, hence why id like to make sure it IS in stock

TamayaTech is a fraud company

TamayaTech is a fraud company. No printer will be delivered.
I called their Texas phone number, the voice mail recording was a Los Angeles phone number. BBB has given them a F rating. The reviews of Tamaytech all say the same thing. Fraud. People bought printers, never delivered and no contact with TamayaTech

We bought a printer online March 8, 2022 from TamayaTech .
No printer has been delivered and absolutely no communication from TamayaTech

The stole my cash, no product!

Took money from bank quickly after order, then e-mailed saying that the item was a 5 day back order. 5 days passed, no update. Unresponsive to e-mail and does not answer phones. Ended up having to file a fraud complaint with the bank to attempt to get money back. It has been weeks with no product, no response from them, no resolution from bank yet. They scammed me out of my money. DO NOT BUY from this place.

They are still "in business" as on June…

They are still "in business" as on June 2019. Don't expect any communication whatsoever. I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get a response on my order. That was after I send emails, faxes, left messages, used their website to leave a message, tweeted, and sent Facebook messages. Avoid at all costs. They will only take up your time.

This company does not stand by there …

This company does not stand by there products. I purchased a copier and it came broken... I sent it back and again broken.. Said he would reimburse me and never did... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Only out to get your money!!!

I'd give 0 stars if I could

Terrible, one-man company.
Tried to order a refurb motherboards for a DoD customer. 1st time the order was placed we received no response "due to hurricane". The 2nd time I received a response stating it would be 7-10 days for them to get the MBs in. After that we received no contact back. Left MULTIPLE voicemails and emails to every email address listed on the website. No responses back ever. Thankfully we did not provide our credit card information.

I purchased a printer from them its been a month and I have not received even an email the charged my card on the 29th and I have not been able to get a hold of them its ok my bank took care of the charge and the BBB received a complain as well I suggest anyone that went trough the same file one as well to keep bad companies like this one from taking advantage of people

Same here

Same here. Ordered a product, never received. I called and emailed the company and no response. If you access a "street view" on Google maps, it doesn't even look as though there is a building at the San Antonio address.

Worst company

Ordered a drive cage for an HP server, order# 46846. Received an email from Frank and was told that it would be a 7-14 day shipping time. I replied and said that was no problem! That was June 6th, 2017....I've emailed several times and left voice mails. Not a single response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT! They charged my credit card already as so now I get to go through the dispute process with AMEX. Scumbags...

This customer was "NEVER CHARGED" and was told the product was out of stock. We do not charge the credit cards of any customer until we confirm stock and process or ship the order. So no customer of ours has to worry about disputing a charge and have to wait for 2 to 7 business days to get their money back, which has to be done with most companies because they charge and then confirm stock, unlike us. We would think customers that buy online would appreciate our policy of checking stock, shipping, or processing an order before charging your credit card to save you the trouble of disputing or waiting to get your money back if we are out of stock on the product you request to purchase from us. This info is on our website displayed in red letters when placing an order, so if customers would read it, they would know all this. Sorry we were not able to help you

Scammers made several attempts to reach them to no avail.

Found the impossibly-rare part I need, delivered it!

I had been looking all over the internet for an Oki C6050 duplexer, part number 43830001. Every shop I could find listed the part as "sold out" or "backordered". TamayaTech also didn't have it in stock, but was able to locate it as a special-order part - of which they found 2. I now hold one of those two. They delivered!

Admittedly, the site and ordering process is very "manual"... no real order confirmation, no automated tracking, nothing you'd come to expect from Amazon and the sort. However, they DID deliver, just as promised! I'm quite happy to be one of the good reviews here. Don't be afraid to follow up via email to the company - they'll get back to you!

Business might be out of business BEWARE!

This company does not respond to e-mail and phone calls! I placed an order and never received product nor any confirmation whatsoever that it shipped. As for my credit card I was not sure if it was charged as my PayPal account does not show any charge so far. I just believe these people are out of business and the few positive reviews were done by their employees or the owners themselves! Do not order from these people ever!

Beware scammers will take your money

On April 25th I Paid $266 for a headset battery charger and that was including $78 for overnight delivery. It stated on there site that it was in stock, they even sent me a confirmation email that states that my item will ship shortly, and that was the last time I heard from the theifs. Today is May 2nd and still no product or response. Beware and spend your money elsewhere

Equipment order and paid for over 8 months ago and still no product or contact with Tamaya Tech.

I ordered $842.05 worth of Everfocus 4 Channel Color Processor's (part #EP4CQ) on 06/10/2015 which my credit card was charged for on 08/01/2015. I checked with my warehouse and there is no documentation of these processor's having been received. As of 04/13/2016, more than 8 months later, I still have not received the processor's. I've attempted to call (left numerous voice mails) and e-mailed Tamaya Tech multiple times with absolutely no response. Order #42857 placed on 06/10/2015 for $842.05 plus $38.00 for Fed Ex Ground for a total of $880.05. I should have read the reviews prior to placing my order.

I have an e-mail receipt from you but I haven't seen the processor's. Do you have a copy of who may have signed for the bill of lading at my warehouse so that I can check with them as to the whereabouts of this order?

NO RESPONSE FROM 4 EMAILS AND 7 PHONE CALLS

THIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC. I PLACED ON ORDER ON 03/03/16 FOR A PRINTER. DELIVERY WAS TO BE IN 4-6 DAYS. NO RESPONSE AFTER COUNTLESS PHONE CALLS AND 4 EMAILS ON ORDER #44357. RATING SHOULD BE A MINUS 5 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! POS !!!!!!!!!!!!.

Negative ! you did not send me an email. send me another email stating whether or not I need to purchase one elswhere. I need to know how long on back order ? and btw how do you back order a refurbished printer that you say is in stock on your website ????????

Well isn't that funny that my email of my order when I ordered the freaking printer said it would be delivered in 4-6 days.

Sorry you are upset , but we did send you a email letting you know that your order and product you ordered was on back order and that you have NOT BEEN CHARGED. Sorry if you did not get that email and you might want to check your junk or spam folder. AGAIN we did send you an email and is why we never charged , we also have large amounts of product coming in and going out every week which is why we have backorders just like all companies do, even like your local retail stores. Its funny how people that go into a retail store looking for something they want that, that store says they have but dont, and they dont get this upset when they run out of stock but act like it the worse thing ever when its the same situation on the internet thinking that things work different with online stores and retail stores when they dont. I would think people would be grateful that we are not like most other internet companies that CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD, and then find out the are out of stock and then take 3 to 4 days if not longer to get your money back. WE DONT CHARGE TILL WE SHIP OR CONFIRM ITS ON ITS WAY IN FIRST. Maybe you should stick to only buying from retail stores so you dont get this upset , and i am sorry we were not able to help you.
