Good customer service
Ordered a blue toilet/utility tent but green was delivered. Tamworth tried to source blue to replace but not available so full refund issued and return postage cost paid by Tamworth. Great customer service just a shame couldn't get product we wanted.

Dometic camping Stool
Ordered a small Dometic camping stool/table via Amazon 9th March, I still have not received it, original delivery date now changed to 18th March, I've received no communication from Tamworth and no response to my query. Cannot recommend buying from them.

My toilet/utility tent arrived quickly…
My toilet/utility tent arrived quickly in time for a camping holiday. The storage tent is a pop up and wider than the standard toilet tent. You need a bit of strength to press down on the top of it but it is so much easier than putting up an awning and I can store a lot of items in it. A brilliant purchase that makes my camping experience a lot simpler.

Dometic sabre light system…
Bought the Dometic sabre light system at the NEC caravan show and the prices were very competitive. Good service, one of the employees gave me the remote to use at my leisure. Friendly staff even at the end of a long show day.

Domestic camp pro 390
Purchased air awning 22//2/23 at nec. Never used it untill this year. Inflated the awning and found it leaks. Tamworth response " all units are tested for 24hrs" asked to progress claim
With Dometic or provide assistance with repair kits if possible. So far no action repair kit on the way and April a replacement bladder. Happy customer
