This is the best shop ever for purchase. Especially Jyothi mam really helped us for finding best collection and gave personalized experience.Dxc counter dimond Check process was the unique experience which other shop do not have. And today was my mom's birthday and they celebrated in very grand and spectacular way . And Dxc counter is for checking dimond purity. Alok sir taught abt the purity which I see frequently see in reels.Definately worth of buying jwells over here to make ur day special.

It was good experience with tanishq shipra mall gzb branch. All staff were very humble and polite, specially Ms Priya gupta. She was too good and her behavior was awesome her convencing skill was truly mindblowing. Thanku priya for ur kind efforts.

It was a great experience. I have been associated with Ambernath branch since last year. I have purchased bracelet, chain, diamond se and diamond earrings alongwith 3 policies. I got a ring online and returned due to sizing issue. Used the return service provided by company. To date I have been trying to contact online via email, chat phone all possible ways and they have not refunded the money. I have proof of all my correspondence and no one has ever responded. Please be careful whe purchasing esp online

Tanishq Golden Harvest Scheme — read before you join.

They collect 10 months of payments online. Convenient for them. But when maturity comes, the benefit (the whole point of the scheme) can only be redeemed by physically visiting a store. No online booking, no exceptions.

Couldn't visit? Benefit forfeited. They return your principal and keep the incentive.

This is deliberate friction. They design the inconvenience so customers forfeit. Everything is buried in T&Cs, so technically legal. But the intent is clear.

Saved you a year of your money being locked up for nothing.

Very much dissatisfied. Under the gold scheme. Customer is forced to buy higher value of gold than what is accumlated. Even for a difference of 1 milligram customer has to make purchase for more gold exceeding the qty. Although customer is ready to forgo this qty. No where mentioned in policy when issued.

I always had a great experience in Tanishq Bangalore Electronic city .Diamond varieties are more compare to gold but designs arre good .And Rashmi is very helpful through out the whole process like showing jewellery to till billing .
