I have tried several times to get a return label for air an fryer I purchased as a Christmas gift, but can not get a response. This air fryer was purchased thru Walmart.

I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card, maybe they will decide to send me a return label.

I ordered a humidifier and put it on my credit card on Dec 21. I was charged immediately, but it has still not shipped on Jan 6. It was supposed to ship in 2-7 bus. days. I had still not heard from them saying shipment has been delayed.
So, I got nervous and checked the reviews. WOW! OK, It is time to take action while I still can. I called today and explained I would like to cancel the order and get a refund, otherwise I would dispute it on my credit card. She said she will email me tomorrow and let me know if she could do this. Any other company would have credit
ed my credit card right away.
So, I am holding my breath for an other day. Luckily I can still dispute it on my credit card. Stay tuned. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY MAYBE GET YOUR MONEY AND STALL SHIPPING??? It all smells quite fishy. Don't waste your time. At the very least they are appear to be a very loose poorly run company.

Customer service is terrible. I bought one of their products as part of a Christmas gift from Home Goods and it came with NO parts. Not only did Home Goods refuse to help me because of their “30 day time frame” but Tao Tronics told me there was nothing they could do for me. So I’ve waited $100 on a product that came with no parts. So beware of half ass products with missing pieces.

Item broke immediately and they would not RMA the item. I received the heater as a gift, TaoTronics will not cover the item unless I have the receipt. So, my birthday gift is now in the trash.

Ordered a few products a week ago, shipping says 2-7 business days, but they havent even shipped it yet, contacted them 4 days ago and no reply. Terrible customer service.

before you buy they saying the shipment will be between 3 to 7 business day . i bought item and after 8 days still the product was not shipped yet.

Portable DVD player used 3 times in less than a year.
No audio. Purchased at Best Buy. Terrible product.

I purchased the TaoTronics Dual PTC 1500W Portable Heater in September 2020. It did an adequate job of heating my small home office in the fall and winter months last year. When I tried to fire it back up this fall, it would not stay on. The auto-shut off mechanism on the base of the unit had come loose and there was no way to tighten it. I can duct tape it in place, but that eliminates the auto-shut off. I called customer support for help, but was basically told to pound salt. There are much better heaters on the market than this overpriced thing that didn't survive 14 months.

I ordered a humidifier. $48. It took a month to get to me then it wouldn’t even power on.
Customer service demanded a video showing how it didn’t work. Then they wanted my address and phone number sent via email.
Ummm they had that information from when I ordered and they shipped. So no I’m not sending that private information via email.
They sent me a return label and said they were sending a replacement.
Two weeks later a replacement arrived that wasn’t what I’d originally ordered and was cheap crap. I called and spent considerable time trying to get the service rep to understand the problem. I provided an invoice number, tracking number and my name and email. She said she had no record of me. Finally she located it. Started saying she’d send another but I said I want the original I’d returned refunded and send me a return label for the one I didn’t order.
She still didn’t get it. But said she’d take care of it. I waited 20 minutes called back and asked another rep to verify my issue was recorded and being processed properly.
He said “ Yes we’re sending you another humidifier” No. no. No.
I had to go through the whole thing with him again several times before he seemed to understand and said he’d take care of it.
I’m extremely doubtful that this will be the end of the mess.
I won’t buy from this company ever again. I do not recommend them.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased anything from Taotronics; I would not have done business with them. I had a horrible experience with them when I needed to return the countertop ice maker. they finally relented and sent me a return shipping label. (The warranty card says "free return shipping for 60 days.") My experiences have not been as bad as some of the others I have read on here, but bad enough that I will not continue to do business with them. I see now they change their name from Taotronics to "Homech" and others to catch people off guard.

While I originally enjoyed my Bluetooth noise cancelling headphones they turned out to be junk. They stopped turning on right before the warranty expired. I completed the troubleshooting steps and got another months use out of them.
They don't even offer the same headphones anymore so I wouldn't even be able to get a replacement. I imagine it was due to the poor quality and constant issues people had with the power function.
I tried to see what could be done through customer service and all I got was a sorry but these are a month over warranty only because I used their troubleshooting from the website in hopes I wouldn't have to deal with customer service.

Overall paying $50 for a headset that lasts a year and then isn't being sold just tells me that this company does not care about quality nor their potential returning customers.

Please donot buy from them as they are scamming people by accepting the payments and not processing the orders.
I just ordered ear buds but never arrived and the tracking number issued for royal mail never processed, i raised the dispute with pay pal and immediately got the refund

I have purchased many TaoTronics and Boltune products, primarily earbuds, from both Amazon and directly from the TaoTronics website. I have always been pleased with my experience.

From the time an order is placed on the TaoTronics website, I have found it takes about 1-1.5 days to actually show up as shipped by FedEx. From there, any shipping delay is on FedEx. If you were to purchase an Amazon product without Prime, there would be no difference.

Regarding support, my questions, and they have been few, have generally been answered within 24 hours. Only one time did I ever ask for a warranty replacement and it was handled professionally.

I will continue to shop TaoTronics products and I hope you do as well. From what I have found, their earbuds (ANC or not) compare well with any on the market and they don't break the bank. They are a good value.

I bought multiple items from TaoTronics which includes a pair of bluetooth headphones, humidifier, and massage gun. The items arrived on time and in perfect condition.

From there, when I use the items, all of them functioned great and either fit well or worked as intended. The bluetooth headphones are perfect for when I workout and I've been using them for over a year. The massage gun is amazing and also has worked for over a year. And the humidifier is solid as well, having been used for about half a year.

I would definitely buy more products from them again in the future!

I've bought earbuds, a soundbar and two lamps from Taotronics. In each case the item arrived on time, or even earlier than expected, and arrived in great shape.
This is a brand I trust for value for the dollar, for excellence of user experience, and how well it suits the consumers need.
I would/will buy from this company again.

Have enjoyed using Taotronics line of electronics over many years from desk lamp, air purifier, tower fan, and SoundLiberty Earbuds. They worked well with extended warranty for registering product. Some air purifier filters are reusable so saves $$ and easy to maintain.

I purchased a set of BH085 Bluetooth headphones in October 2020. The battery died about two weeks after the one year warranty expired. When I purchased them I was told that if I registered the product with Taotronics, the warranty would be doubled. After going back and forth with them, they are now saying any claims would have to be made through the original seller (Amazon). Terrible customer service and very misleading information provided at time of purchase. I really liked the way the headphones performed but would never buy anything from this company again.

I was thinking to get an air fryer for long time. At last I took the leap and decided to buy theTaoTronics Air Fryer, Large 6 Quart 1750W Oven with Touch Control Panel. This particular one is of 1750W and is a goos size to cook for a family of 4. Till now I have air fried chicken and various vegetables like potatoes, mushrooms, beans, brussel sprouts. This really takes very less oil compared to the conventional frying. The cleaning is also super easy as the lowest layer collects all the dripping oil which you can take out and clean easily. Although it takes a bit of standardization of the amount of frying you want to do for the first time but after that its a breeze. The best thing that I liked is that you just put you program and thats it., you don't have to wait by standing in front of it and that saves a lot of time and less tiring. Love it so much！So I have to review with 5 stars！！！

Great products, I have been using multiple of their electronics (air fryer, earbuds, etc.) on a daily basis.
