Because u wouldn't give me a choice to leave one u forced me

I haven't even used them yet but so far they are poor imo. I've been waiting over 5 days just to have my number changed so I can log into my account. I've never seen a company take this long just to update a phone number. This makes me terribly nervous to use their system and connected to my bank account with my money.

I have had no bad experience with tap check. I think it's great to be able to get to my money before I even get paid. Tap check has helped me out a lot. The only thing that I have an issue with is the amount of 5$ comes out when u do instant transfers. I think that needs to be lower. But other that that. I would recommend tap check to everyone.

I dislike how you guys charge a fee for withdrawing our money out early also whenever you finish up your shift your money should be directly available to you and not later on.

This is by far the greatest app I've used far as work. As long as you're working your hours that borrow from your next check comes in handy when you need something right then & there. 10/10 recommended

It's definitely not good for everyday use because by payday your check could be zero. It's very helpful when something comes up unexpectedly. I am thankful for this service!

Good experience

I love that I can access my pay early I wish the amount could go up so we don’t have to take so much of a charge every two hundred dollars

Awesome service

Tried to access my account. Couldn't. Clicked forgot password. Got the email but not the text so couldn't reset password. Called customer service. They told me the phone number on the account, and it was incorrect, yet they couldn't change it. Thay can't do anything for the customer why even have that department? Said I already had a "ticket ' created and they escalated my ticket. Next day, no email or anything I tried to reset password again. Then it said my account was locked. Then the next day, my account was deactivated. Can't create a new one because the phone number is associated with another account. Doesn't make sense.bsmdh

It’s so easy

Tapcheck has helped me in so many ways. Bills get paid on time between paychecks.

Ease of access. I wish they allowed you to take out more than 100 each time though.

Fairly easy-to-use. Get paid instantly for a small fee or you can get paid a day or 2 later for no fee. Easy to navigate

Its nice getting my money a bit early, not the full check though, and having to pay 2.99 just to receive the money I already worked for seems like trash but it has helped me with getting diapers for my child.
