Tapmad is fraud company.
I subscribed to 1 month package via jazzcash and they charged my account again and again for more than 1 year and i complained again and again but no response from tapmad and also from jazzcash.. Tapmad has connections with politicians ,this is the reason the government has not taken any action against these scamers

I have purchased mobile legend voucher then I go to mobile legend website to redeem it they says information isn't correct. So the point is the voucher is fake it didn't work. I emailed them for 48 hours still no reply.

Highly unethical practices. Charging an inactive customer for the whole year without prior intimation and then claiming they have a "non refundable policy". Then to avoid talking to customer they dont have any easy access to their helpline or customer support. I'm filing a charge back with my bank. Pathetic service!

Additionally, their app does not provide an option to stop auto-renewal; the only choice available is to unsubscribe, which immediately revokes the service. This lack of transparency and flexibility is concerning.

I reached out to their customer service to request a refund and clarify the situation. However, once they had my account details, my emails were completely ignored. It has now been two days since I requested a refund, and I have received no response from their support team.

Worst streaming app Do Not Subscribe

It’s a scam. They double charged my for 3 months. When I contacted them for refund, they refunded only 1 month’s subscription. I specifically asked them to cancel my subscription but they didn’t again charged my account for the amount they refunded. It was a nightmare experience. So stay away from Tapmad.
