Hello! The truth is that I'm very happy with it, I use it especially for the gym, sometimes for the bike, but always always teach it to my friends!!!

I love the Tapplock its so easy to set up and use I have the pool cleaner lawn mower, and all the family finger prints on tapplock. No more hassling with keys anymore!

Use it 3-4 times a week on my gym locker. I really like not having to fumble with the codes on traditional locks. It reads my fingerprint first time every time! I have wanted something like this for years! I highly recommend this Lock!

I use it whenever I go to the gym! I bought three more for my older kids. Coolest lock on the market period!! Thank you for a great product!

Love my Tapp. Had it for about 5 months now and use it almost on daily basis for my trips to the gym. Fingerprint recognition works fast and accurate, even added a few of my friends to it so they could use it as well and they love it too. Did drop it a few times while climbing out of my car but the lock still works flawless. Still using it with the original charge that it had when it came in the mail and haven't had to charge yet. Overall great product, even shared them on the ig so my friends could look into it.

I purchased two (2) Tapplocks on December 27th of last year and both locks are defective. One quit working entirely and would not maintain a charge. The other lock is already rusting at the hasp.

I contacted customer support on April 2nd 2017, 65 days after purchasing the locks and am still receiving automatic responses. It appears that customer support cannot review attachments and that all responses are automatic. As of this week, I attached all correspondence providing the information which has gone back and forth since April and received yet another email asking for the identical.

Buyer beware! The software has not been updated and customer support does nothing but give an individual the "run around." I may change this review if a Supervisor provides a contact number and replaces these locks. However, based on my experience to date, it is doubtful this will happen.

Tapplock is a wonderful product. Easy to set up and even easier to use. Never have to worry about forgetting a combination again.

Tapplock is awesome! Recognizes my thumb every time, even after a shower, and saves me time at the gym. The app works well and I haven't needed a recharge even after months of use. Fantastic little product.

Tappplock is outstanding. With all the passwords you have to remember these days its nice not to have to remember my gym locker combo. Additionally I feel its safer from prying eyes.

We have a multi person office, and we use the lock to secure our bins for shredding. This lock allows us to stay HIPPA compliant, And it allows us to effectively run the office. It has been a great help for us

Working in multiple cities with multiple gym memberships, I take my lock everywhere.

Prior to purchasing my Tapplock, I used to carry my lock keys to the shower where I hung it on the towel rack. Often I would forget it in the shower when I went back to my locker.

I know this may not seem like a big issue but to me it is when the gym is almost a daily activity for me.

Loving my Tapplock it just makes life easier I own 4 and I’m looking to buy 2 more when I get my new locker

I love my Tapplock!! I have been promoting the lock, showing people in the gym, and directing everyone to the website. The design of the lock gets a lot of attention. I get a lot of questions about it. Being able to recharge the lock instead of worrying about changing out a battery is a big plus. The app allows me to add more fingerprints and makes the lock useful for the whole family.

This product is honestly the best. It holds a charge for ever. It is quick. Far quicker than any other lock. And it is EASY , EASY AS CAN BE ! One touch, and bam you are done . While everyone else is trying to remember the combination to the lock that they have no idea what it is. No more, not for me.! Don't you just love a product that actually does what it claims to do! Some concept....I love it.

I believe the product could be great. I bought four at once and gave three away then discovered mine was defective and had to be cut off my gym l9cker but that took time resulting in me missing a flight out of the country. Because I have high status, Imwas able to cancel it two hours before departure without penalty which was very nice.
I decided Inwould not replace it but one was sent anyway to me, which was very kind although I told the very capable phone person I would not ever use the product again despite it likely being a fabulous product. I gave it away as well and al four owners are very happy and very appreciative of their gifts. I have tried now for months to “unsubscribe” from their site as I ain’t going there now or ever, but continue to get messages week after week and go through the instructions to “unsubscribe” to absolutely ONAVAIL. Now I. Insider it harassment.

This product is simple to use and works exactly as advertised. I really don't see myself ever returning to traditional key locks.
