The whole purchase was flawless the website was easy to use and the delivery and communication was second to none. I would recommend Taps Empire to anyone. I'm very pleased with there service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Good website

Internet search on your website was very easy. Keenly priced incl free postage. Delivery by Parcel Force very prompt, keeping as spares so will not fit yet

Delivery of taps by Royal Mail never arrived. Lost in post? So without hot water in bathroom for 11 days overall. Resending via TNT. Currently awaiting 2nd attempt delivery

I believe you have left this review for Taps Empire in error.

As per our records, there is only one order from you dated 22 July 2025. You purchased Bristan 1901 cartridges from us, which were returned by you since they were not suitable for your taps, and subsequently refunded.

Interestingly, we currently do not use TNT for our deliveries. You may wish to chase up the correct retailer for the taps mentioned in your review.

Taps Empire

Great service, ordered a Bristan mixer tap on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday as expected. Checked box, all perfect.
Fitted tap on Monday, much better than the one it replaced. Very competitively priced with free delivery.
Will definitely use Taps Empire again.

Good value & prompt delivery

Sourced shower using Google Shopping & placed order on Monday evening. Received email order confirmation immediately. Shower delivered on Wednesday evening.
Fortunately I received updates from the DPD App about the delivery. As not everyone uses this App, service could be improved if Taps Empire emailed delivery and tracking details to the customer directly.

Very minimal and strict return window

Very minimal and strict 14 days return window. Just a few days late and does not allow return anymore. Most other places allow 30 days. Make sure you will never, ever, need to return before placing any order.
But you know, you never know.
