Be aware if your transactions have issues to get your money back you would have to go through stressful communication with no reassurance of getting your money back
I sent money using tap tap send on the 20/05/2926 which was not received by recipient was told to wait 2 days, then to wait to recieve email, regarding the transaction and not to worry I will it will all be sorted. No email so decided to contact and was told it could take maximum 14days. I have used this app before with no issues but seems when issues arise they take time refunding and resolving issues.

AVOID, they still have not returned my money almost 1 year later
I have been writing to them since July 2025 and to date they have not returned my money or helped in anyway, just fobbing me off every single time. It has been frustrating and stressful dealing with them.
In July 2025, I sent money to a business to pay for something, the business told me they never received the money and they provided bank statements and TapTap send said it was the wrong statement, all whilst doing no investigation on their side to locate the funds. So far I have spent a long time chasing the third party company (including going there several times) at the insistence of Tap Tap Send and am no further forward, my money has still not been returned to me.
Do you know how hard it is to get a business to release a bank statement to a member of the public - I had to sign an NDA. I should never have to go to such lengths when TapTap send can complete investigations on their side - but they have done NOTHING.
I think TapTap send are just hoping I will forget about it so they can add it to their profits.
AVOID TAPTAP Send, find an alternative, because it is by far the worst experience I have had with a business.
