Just received my 3rd and 4th items from Tarts and still impressed with the quality and speedy delivery. Already have seen something on mind for more orders. Will keep you posted. Again thks for the recent communication.

I ordered the green pleated skirt in a size up..a 14. As I knew the length is 19inches and I wanted a longer version to sit low on the hips. It fits well but it's missing a second set of studs to widen the skirt if you want to drop down on the hips, which is what I wanted. The design was not the same as on the website, missing the two side buckles. Not a big issue for the price. The skirt is very well made and the pleating is excellent, BUT if Tartanista had added four or five more inches to the length, it would be a fabulous skirt. If this skirt were longer, I would happily have paid double if not more, as the sewing work is incredible for the price of £26.++, which is way too cheap in my view of the amount of detail and fabric in this skirt. Such a shame that designers cut corners to save money. I will keep the skirt but I can only wear inn spring or summer and this skirt could be worn in winter if longer or out with the dogs in the countryside. The two side pockets are roomy with studs which is great, and that's why I'm keeping this skirt. But I'll be getting my sewing machine out to make my own.

Excellent company to order from. I ordered four kilts, they only took a couple of days to arrive, kept up to date with Royal Mail Delivery, neatly packaged and the kilts are of good quality. I had to return one, (colleague ordered wrong size) again communication was very good, returned kilt by free post and new kilt dispatched very quickly. Would definitely use again, I think a lot of companies can learn from them.

From the point of ordering to the delivery, we have been kept informed of every step of this process. The kilt looks good, have not had a change to see if it's as good as it looks.
With the delivery are clear instructions for sending it back, if you would need to, with a prepaid return to sender label. No nonsense, just got customer care

Ordered a Cornish kilt but I got the wrong size. Refunded with no quibble and I ordered another. Fantastic value, great kilt for the money and the belt finishes it off. No hesitation at all in saying if you want a kilt etc give these guys a look.

I wanted an everyday kilt rather than wear out my hand made kilt. This utility kilt fits the bill perfectly and for 40 bucks, great value as well.

Last minute decision to go kilted for a burns night event. Forgot to include long matching socks in my haste and inexperience. Was directed to submit another order which would be included in my original delivery, which I did. Before I could kick myself for incurring two delivery charges,the difference had been credited. The whole delivery arrived next day. Unheard of. Can't wait to see the face of my wife when I go full rob roy!!
