After ordering a size to large it was so easy to return and get a refund, ordered a new kilt and was sorted within a week . Can’t praise these guys enough they answered all my emails promptly and were efficient in the return/credit process.
As for the utility kilt I found it to be well worth the money , the quantity of materials used are surprisingly good( I have a few utility kilts and the are no where near as good) will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends n family

Good value and quality
Very impressed with speed of delivery, arrived within 2 days of ordering. I ordered 2 kilt skirts of different lengths 20 in and 23in size 12 (my usual size) as I wasn’t sure what to expect. I wanted one that was knee length and the 20in fitted perfectly. I am 5ft 4in. For some reason I was unable to do up the waist button on the 23in but had no problems with the 20in. I’ve returned the other one. I am very pleased with the quality and value of the kilt and look forward to wearing it.

I bought a good quality kilt from them
I bought a good quality kilt from them. The advice to measure yourself round the belly button I found not to work for me. I measured 36 inches, so ordered same.
The kilt was far too big, by 3 inches, so had to return it, which was really simple.

This may be due to the fact that the parcel has not yet been returned to our warehouse, as there may have been issues within the postal network.
I have searched our company orders for yours and the item does not seem to have been returned to our warehouse yet.
Were you provided with a tracking number when you sent the parcel back to us?
If so, could you please enlighten me as to whether it states it has been delivered back to our warehouse or not?
Once you have provided this information, I can either ensure the refund is processed, or determine the state of the parcel.
