I really can't rate these guys highly enough! They're always super knowledgeable and listen to your needs, applying their own vast experience to the situation. Always super efficient, even when I had an issue with the courier they were great and kept me updated every step of the way and were able to resolve the issue swiftly.

The Tartybikes team did a great job with the build, packing it safely and then communicating when FedEx dropped the ball.

Everything about Tarty bikes is amazing. I just dislike shipping companies of every type. They take the hard work of the guys at tarty getting things out on time, and change it to a week or more, for what used to be 48hrs to my door before COVID. Also shipping charges too much for their lack of service. Good job Tarty

I can’t honestly fault them. Adam is a lovely bloke and the other staff are usually keen to resolve any problems.
They’re repair work is very detailed and usually fast.
I hope to continue shopping with them for any other 15 years!

I wish they sold more pure-trials-comp-style stuff but oh well.

Ben is always very helpful and thoughtful when I have an inquiry about bikes/ parts. The Tarty Bikes staff is always responsive and prompt with any questions I have- I couldn't ask for better service.

Always the best service. It would be nice if you could find cheaper shipping options, even if it takes 6-8 weeks for delivery. Royal Mail with signature often ends up being me driving to the post office to pick it up after the carrier is too lazy to get out of the truck to come to the door (US).

Awesome shop fast shipping I live in the states and I’ve made two orders from tarty right around Christmas time both times have been great my first order was a complete bike back in 2019 and received it within two weeks my second order was a set of custom wheels and received them within two weeks I’ll definitely be ordering from them again five stars for sure
