My only suggestion would be avoid…

My only suggestion would be avoid shopping from tata luxe. Its been ten days since i placed a return n retun is not even attempted and it was cancelled. Customer care executives given me lame answers that our grievance officer will give you solution and they dnt have any seprate number for tata luxe nor there mail id work. Amount involved is 15000/- and till date they r not taking any action on my complaint please avoid ! Seem like deep rooted conspiracy. I dnt have any grudges against them writing all this because im frustrated and done ! Anyone interested can join legal battle with me
They are so callous! They r not able to maintain the legacy of tata! Like starbucks tata luxe would be another failed business. They are just busy in accumulation and there after service is bad. Please do your own research while u order from them

I ordered a biba salwar set and Its a 3…

I ordered a biba salwar set and Its a 3 piece set and I have received only the top. Very poor customer service. I always order directly from biba online and for the very first time tried ordering through this website. When I contacted customer service they said the time limit to check the order & complaint about it was over and They can’t do anything about it! It was a gift to my relative in overseas and I couldn’t check it as its arrived in a different address and I was never expecting that they won’t deliver the complete product as it has never happened in any of the orders before through other websites! Very disappointing!!

Terrible

While it used to be a very trusted and responsible company off late it has become the worst, my order has been delayed by more than two weeks and they haven’t even canceled and given me a refund. They are utterly clueless of what is happening with the product once it’s dispatched and take no responsibility either.

It seems like the products are good…

It seems like the products are good quality and the prices are great from a reputed company. Once you have placed your order, the problems arise. The delivery date changes as well as the terms and conditions. I placed a Cash On Delivery order and they told me that I can refuse the order if I don't like the product. But when the delivery came, the delivery man told me that if I opened the box I cannot refuse the delivery and I have to pay for the product. Then I have to initiate the return/refund online on their website. I had a no choice but to request the return online and put the credit on their website wallet. Basically I lost my cash money to TATA

Receiving genuine products from…

Receiving genuine products from tatacliq solely depend on your luck. If you're lucky you'll receive what you've ordered else be prepared to accept any surprises that come in the box. I had ordered Levi's tshirt but instead I received some non-branded tshirt called Dixcy Scott tshirt and to add a lil surprise they even included a lil S size Levi's underwear for me. How cute! but too small for me. Thank you for the gift, I'll never shop in your app again. And yeah! do not think of returning your product, they will never take your product because "the product you ordered is different from the product you are returning--product mismatch". Well obviously the product is different cuz you donkeys sent me the wrong product in the first place

Bottom Tier service

Decent amount of options. Pricing is also pretty compelling. HORRIBLE service. Not even exaggerating when I say Horrible. Ordered a pair of shoes, and received a completely different one. Ordered a bracelet, but didn't even receive it, and their customer relationship employees and MANAGERs both claim (indirectly of course) I received it and it's my fault for losing it. didn't even exchange the shoes I got, after reading about their service on this site. I feared they might take back the shoe and give nothing in return claiming it's my fault.

Worse customer service ever

Their customer service is the worst. They are unable to resolve any issues. I had to return a pair of shoes (which were a size too big due to incorrect size chart) that I had bought and even though I had put correct address, the courrier went to the wrong place. This delayed the pickup by 2 additional days. The exchanged pair was apprently dispatched on 30 May and I received message saying the delivery would be on 3 June. On 3rd June I get another message that the delivery will now be on 6th June. Called customer service but that is a waste of time and energy. All they repeatedly say " we are sorry for the inconvenience " which is very irritating because they are not ... and moreover no action taken at all. Also the price keeps on fluctuating.. which is conveniently blamed on the supplier! The whole thing is a scam. Worse experience ever!

Worst online website ever

Worst online website ever. I order an Apple USB in starting on May 2024 received in 3 days but not working. I asked customer support to take it back as it was not working and today 1st June is the day no one came to pick it up. No proper coordination nothing. When I asked the support to transfer the call to senior she just rejected the call. You are calling yourself a big brand. A Bigggggg NOOOOOOOO. Such a shame, will surely not recommend anyone to buy any stuff from the "Fake and Fraud Brand Tata Cliq"

Someone else registered my e-mail.

Someone else registered my e-mail on this website, THREE years, later, yes, THREE years later they still haven't deleted my account per my request. Worst customer service I've ever been having the displeasure talking to. That alone makes me not recommend shopping from them.

Do not buy from here

This company has extremely poor service and communication channels. I ordered Ritu Kumar drinking glasses which were never delivered and after several calls I was told they were out of stock despite being told that they were going to get shipped out. I am still waiting for my refund and if that is not forthcoming I will escalate this higher

Tata cliq - product quality are bad

Tata cliq is one of the worst online website I have used ever. They never give genuine or actual product.

The product description about the material and the actual product are different

When I tried to return it back I was said it cannot be returned.

There is no exchange option available also

I had ordered 2 sweaters from Tata Cliq…

I had ordered 2 sweaters from Tata Cliq on 26/11/2023 Order ID 129436504. Instead 2 used items- one dirty old stained pyjama and one pair of jeans were delivered. On raising the issue, the customer care representative said that they have delivered the original product and refused to exchange the same. They have cancelled the return request. Highly disappointed. Now, I have raised a complaint in Consumer Court regarding the same.

Broken fridge for one month without repair

I bought a fridge freezer which has broken within its warranty period i have been waiting for more month without a fridge for it to be repaired. I have dealt with the head of customer care operations who does not answer the phone or call you back. The issue has been raised with their escalation team who appear to be equally unprofessional with a lack of actual information. The broken part has been ordered but no one can tell me when it will arrive or be fitted to repair my fridge. The lack of communication is more upsetting than being without a fridge as daily I call various numbers without any degree of success in finding out when my fridge will be repaired my mother is now on holiday with me and we are without a fridge.
