I booked a using their app Taxa 30 minutes ... I waited... and waited.. And the damn Taxi NEVER showed up! I called - They said "The Taxi was there and you were not!" WHAT A LIE! I was waiting outside all the time and NEVER SAW A TAXI! Do NOT use this service .. unless you want to be disappointed too!

After booking a ride using the taxa app. A person from their central call me and complained that I was somehow using the app the wrong way and canceled my ride. The person was so rude and did not even care that I was in a hurry and NEEDED the ride. Terrible customer service! Luckily I meet a taxi on the streets who took me where I NEEDED to go. The driver was friendly and delivered a great experience cheaper than the app. What an embarrassment.

Can absolutely recommend this company! Callcenter-worker was funny and efficient. Cabbie was polite and arrived fast.

Arrived in Copenhagen airport on the day on infamous storm (29th January) of the decade and tried to get a taxi around 11 PM as the metro didn't work due to safety reasons.
Asked to be driven to the Amager Strand metro station. The driver started asking for a street name. When I repeated he should drop me off at the Amager Strand station and asked him to look for it at his GPS system, he started screaming that he needed the street name and that the metro was just at the airport. He didn't want to listen that the metro did not work and started screaming and interrupting me when I tried to show him the street name (I am not native Dane, but nor was he). He was extremely negative, verbally abusive and refused to look up the street or to let me show him where I wanted to get off.
He then drove to the Kastrup station (one station away from the airport), throw my suitcase out of the car, screamed at me to pay him for the ride (I refused asking to take me to the place I wanted), and told me to leave the car.
So I did, in the middle of the night, in 55km/ph storm breaking facilities in the city, at midnight, without any access to any mean of transport (busses were not running either). Tried to call the taxi services, but all were taken.
By sheer coincidence, I managed to grab a passing by taxi that got me where I wanted to go.

The behaviour of the driver was beyond unprofessional, it's criminal. He probably wanted to have a longer ride, which I didn't need. He left me in the potentially life threatening storm (people actually died that night) and tried to extort the money for the ride I didn't want. I am considering reporting it to the police as this is mafia style behaviour not a service.

To whomever responds to the review. What's worth writing to the company to register 'reclamation' if you haven't changed the attitude or improved services for the last 5 years. This kind of scam should not exist.

We ordered a taxi to get my husband to the airport this morning but it didn't arrive. When my husband called to find out where it was, there was no apology - he was told that he would have to wait and that the taxi may have a punctured tire. Luckily we could find an alternative means to get to the airport otherwise my husband would have missed his flight.

Really good service. Nice Drivers who don't talk to people overseas on the stereo set as they drive. Had I, myself, stayed in America, I would have loved to hear from friends and relatives back home, and Denmark is relatively eventless to hear about compared

You are paying for systematic traffic violations when calling for and driving with Taxis. The day before yesterday I noticed a 4x35 taxi driving on the pedestrian street trolling for potential customers in Middelalderbyen, Central Middle-age Copenhagen. As he made a turn into a clearly signposted one-way street AGAINST the allowed direction, I stopped the taxi and asked the driver why he was driving against rule after rule. He said: "I was only going 30" and had no appreciation of my critics - nor the traffic rules. Taxa 4x35 is aware of its consistent and systematic traffic violations. Please don't use taxis - or at least please always ask the driver explicitly to obey every traffic rule. They listen to you because you give them money. Nothing else seems to mean anything to these companies. Oh - and always ask for an electric or hydrogen vehicle unless you want to promote even more diesel in our cities.

I left my phone in a car and watched as the driver pulled away. I tried to waive him down but he could not see me. I immediately went inside to call TAXA and rather than help me to contact the driver, they asked me to send an email. A day and a half later they contacted the driver, but my phone had been stolen already. I would rather walk to wherever I need to go than to ever step foot into a TAXA cab again.

Trip from Airport to a hotel next to the Central Train Station managed to grow from google measured 10-13km (depending on route) to a whopping 17km.

The driver apparently took the scenic route, even though the trip took place at slightly past midnight, so the streets were practically empty.

He was also driving like a madman, using the horn way too often and for anyone who was slightly slower than him. Towards the hotel, one pedestrian pushing a bicycle on the street due to a construction work had to literally jump away not to be hit by the guy.

Update:
I decided to bump this up to two stars for the time being, as it is unfair of me to assume the worst before the company actually responds to the complaint I filed about this issue. Will update the review once that happens.

Update 2 (1.5 weeks after the incident was reported):
I would update this to 2.5 stars, would there be an option for that, as customer service was responsive enough and they came through with a solution, that while not great, is still more than nothing. The driver refunds the overcharged portion of the trip, so we are back to "let's forget this has ever happened". Considering the person in question still gets to keep the full price of the fare after being caught cheating, I am far from being happy with the resolution, but it is more than what I have expected to be honest, given the low ratings.

I witnessed a disturbing event this evening, caused by a disgraceful Taxa 4x35 driver. Two ducks were slowly crossing the junction of Dronningensgade & Torvegade around 9.30pm Friday 17th May. Whilst other drivers slowed down to avoid the ducks, a Taxa driver sped through the junction, ran directly over both ducks and left the male gasping for air and dying whilst his distressed mate looked on, also stunned and injured. Other members of the public shouted for the driver to stop, which he completely ignored. I have never been so immobilised by shock caused by the blatant disdain for animals as I saw from that driver. Taxa management, you should be utterly ashamed and embarrassed that you employ people like this to drive your cars. I have told everyone I know in Copenhagen NEVER to use this company. I do not ever want to run the risk of being driven by someone with such a stomach-churning lack of basic humanity.

Took a taxi from the airport to my hotel. The driver did not assist with luggage - just opened the door from inside and left me to struggle w luggage - worst taxi experience ever

Generally indifferent service. E.g. not helping getting luggage in and out of car, not being able to find address (or willing to tab in to gps), almost always talking with friends on phone while driving. Recommend to drive 4x48 instead.

There came a 4x35 taxi behind me, blinking, blinking, honking honking.

Felt quite annoyed by this kind un-polite behavior, I stopped the car, asking him why?...he threatened me to report me to police for dangerous driving...

Ha, we all need to pull to the side when a 4x35 taxi is coming! - I didn't learn that rule from my driving school....sorry

Totally dont recommend this taxi company. On 17 october 2018. We took taxi from bispeparken to the airport. We had a small child and pregnent women. The driver was very unhelpful and very strange. Its better to take a bus to airport than this company.
At least people will save money.....

They just - overnight - doubled the fares. So this is how they treat loyal customers....! Unbelievable.....!
I have just removed my 4x35 app.
I will never use them again.

Don't use this company. l ordered a taxi via the company App explicitly saying that I was arriving with the train at the pickup location and that it "should" have been on time. I chose the option of paying the fixed price. Well, train arrived 2 minutes later and by the time we were in the car it was 5 minutes later than expected. The driver wanted to charge me for waiting those extra 5 minutes 33 % more than the agreed fixed price! One third more! Unbelievable. And being extremely rude on top. If the app says fixed price you can't just choose to change things later on and charge more. And for waiting 5 minutes? (which were actually 2). Seriously? Never again. Plenty of other taxi companies in Copenhagen. No wonder Taxa has 1 star rating (the worst) on Trustpilot.
