Worst special assistance at Schiphol airport
The special assistance at Schiphol airport was terrible. We are 2 elderly women with a long layover of 10 hours. I had confirmed 2 wheel chairs well in advance. Inspite of this they were not ready to wheel my mother to the toilet or to help us get something to eat. I had to request many times as it was a long layover. My mother is frail and cannot walk at all. She had to wait for a v.long time before someone came to wheel her to the washroom. There was no assistance for me of any kind. Had to go there v slowly on my own. They have no compassion whatsoever, are cold and dont care for the elderly or handicapped.

Picked me up from Airport to my home, quick, safe, comfortable and good price
I was in the airport, Schiphol Airport, near Amsterdam. Late after 24:00h, was late for the last train. Very cold and rain outside. Called a taxi recomended by an local hotel employee. Driver arrived within minutes, with a very comfortable VIP car. Took me home, about 1 hour away, safe and reasonsble price. Thank You.
