Would be nil stars but no option
I am from Australia and holidaying in UK
I booked a taxi through this company hours before my 5 mins journey to train station with my luggage
Confirmation email and driver assigned
Left myself over an hour to get there even though only 1 mile journey (5mins)
No taxi arrived and kept getting messages to rebook to no avail
Couldn’t get hold of them when I rang just kept dialling out
Missed my train which was non-refundable
Had to rebook train and flights at costs to me
Eventually got hold of them and they gave me get this £30 fare back which takes 3-5 business days
Steer clear of this company if you want to make your journey on a timeline

Absolutely unacceptable’service’ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Took a whole day to confirm a booking, which by that point I no longer required. They refused a refund & gave me email and website links that didn’t work, leaving me unable to appeal!
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Don’t use it. They cancel my booking day before our departure and say money would be transfer to my bank account in 3 days, but if I want new booking, I would have to pay again.
Scam

This taxi firm have charged me 58.50 and the taxi was cancelled that morning i now can not get hold of them and they have my money .The whole experience has been bad we were stuck without the taxi turning up and i have been charged 58.50 shocking

I booked a taxi with this company for ride from Ham Wiltshire to Chieveley West Berkshire P up at 22.00 on a Saturday night. We waited and Waited and at 22.30 started to phone the taxi number they gave us but with no reply having left several messages. Eventually left and next morning spoke to some guy who promised us our money back but just got my Card statement this am and charge still on there. Tried calling but they won't pick up once they recognise your number.. Taxipricecompare.com also gave us a name of a reputable taxi Company based in Swindon that has nothing to do with them and a bogus phone number of an employee based in London , so you think you have the security of contacting the driver if you need to amend or make enquiry. THEY also operate under the name of TAXICODE A REAL SCAMMER ....
