great firm, highly recommend

Used this firm in the past and was great so booked again. Not disappointed, the communication was very good, taxi turned up on time and got me home safely, would highly recommend.

Great experience

The company that Taxi Code had dispatched the booking to was very neat and professional. Driver was kind and showed up in a nice and clear car, perfect communication beforehand. As a woman traveling alone with her dog it was a bit daunting taking a taxi from Harwich all the way to West London late at night, but I felt safe and looked after.

I booked a taxi for a one off trip from…

I booked a taxi for a one off trip from Sheffield to Manchester and back. The service was excellent and went totally to plan. However!!! forward to one year later and the company has taken the same amount of payment off my card £234.50 Why?? I have had to go through my bank to get the payment back.
I would not trust them....

From the moment we landed to the moment…

From the moment we landed to the moment we got in the car it was a very smooth experience. The call centre is friendly and helpful, and finding the driver was super easy. It was a long trip as well and it was extremely comfortable.

We were very late for the taxi by 2 hours

We were very late by 2 hours, because our luggage was held up at the Airport. The Taxi service kept in touch, although there was extra charge it was fair. The Service was very good, the driver patient and excellent.

Excellent service - but not the company I used!

Very pleased! Even though I had to make a slight change to my pick-up address with only a few hours' notice, the driver was on time, helped me with my luggage, made sure I was warm & comfortable in his car , was pleasant and professional and drove me safely back home. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A REVIEW OF TAXICODE! I HAVE NEVER USED TAXI PRICE COMPARE!!
