SARS e-filing was easier. Tax Tim made an error and offered no refund

Dont waste your money! Dont fall for the trial option. Its a trap. They only highlight problems after you pay and they are unclear. They dont explain where the issue lies...which makes their own service utterly useless. When I submitted return via SARS efiling I had no issues. And it was easier!

Now they wont offer me a refund, even though I never got to submit via there service. So essentially I received no service from them. Simple theft. Very sad for an accounting profession.
