Mains of Taymouth only want your money, your safety doesn't matter!

On Mains of Taymouth's Terms and Conditions, it clearly states that they will refund all monies in the event of exceptional circumstances if cancelled. Coronavirus, multiple Deaths worldwide and Government advice not to travel is not considered as exceptional circumstances. This Company would rather force you to travel despite Government advice rather than refund your money. They are still open for business even though we are to socially distance ourselves and not travel, they refuse to refund hard-working customers who might not even have a job to go back to after this and their customer service is horrendous!
