Ordered this on the bank holiday, the product arrived as described two days later. Found this to be much cheaper than any local hardware stores.

Great service given to a UK customer.
I contacted TBS Grillshop by email in English to enquire about shipping to the UK. I received a fast response in English from Stig telling me that this was possible and that he had just updated the website to allow this for me. I placed my order and received the items in just a few days. So, in summary, I'm really happy with the service and the extra effort taken to sort out my order. Thanks!
