I purchased my car from a dealer some 2 hours away from where I live. He found recommended the car exactly the type I wanted. Because I was coming from a distance away, the senior salesman made sure everything was on place when I came and collected it. So when I did it was a smooth and easy transaction. Even valuning my old car to trade in. This os my second EcoSport I have brought from TC Harrison but from a different dealership. Always excellent

Sales team, Malcom was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed to make a good decision.

The cars have also come a long way and having left with an all electric puma, I’d say the products are evolving well too.

I wanted to express my sincere thanks to George and Reece at TC Harrison Burton Ford for their help and assistance in the purchase of my Ford Capri. George was particularly helpful during the process of agreeing the part exchange values of my existing two cars where we found a fair deal. After driving petrol cars for over over 40 years, it was a leap of faith to move to ev, but I found the staff very knowledgeable and friendly during the entire sale. Well done!

The sales lady, Maria, was informative and guided me through the process of turning fully electric skillfully.

Paul jolly was very thorough with sorting my car for me and putting my private plate on the car and also sitting in the car with me explaining showing me what all the switches do top man.

Tony, our salesperson, was very helpful and even checked my existing car for a potential part exchange in the rain. Although he did not have all the answers, as he had only started the job recently, he would check with his colleagues and get back to us promptly.

Rather disappointed ☹️ with Tch they had my brand new car for a week before they said I could collect it, yet I couldnt drive my car on EV as battery only had 10% charge it only had a bit of fuel in it… mats not supplied as apparently they came wrong or ordered wrong… a week later I still have no mats…. It’s exciting when collecting a new car, these things matter like a bunch of flowers or basket of fruit or M n S voucher you know… make it special…

We've just purchased our Ford Puma from TC Harrison, Derby. The service we received from Tony was the best car sales experience we've ever had. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. No pressure, no pushy sales, time and space to view the car, just an amazing experience from start to finish. Tony even fitted our personal registration plates to the car on collection and checked we were happy with everything. Never had such an amazing car purchase experience. Tony has such a personal touch and makes you feel very welcome. What an enjoyable experience. Would love to purchase from Tony at TC Harrison Derby again. Friendly salesman. Not pushy. Clearly explained things

I was really disapointed with the sales team at Peterborough. This was the newest and most expensive car I have ever brought. I felt that hand over of the car was very rushed i wasnt shown all of the controls and promises that were made when purchasing car werent carried through it was if they were more interested in reaching their targets. I have only had the car for 3 months and now have to pay out for a 12 month service inspection.after being told its every two years or 18000 miles. I have spoken to the sales team and asked why wasnt this completed before i purchased the car. They said it was optional but didnt make me aware. I have emailed the sales manager who hasnt acknowledeged or replied to my Email. However on speaking to the service team regarding the recall and the service they have been fantastic.

Sales person was very helpful and the finance person went above and beyond to get my finance agreement sorted

The handing over of my old Motability car and receiving my new Motability car went like clockwork. I felt like royalty when I was asked by Chris Brown to unveil it! What an experience!!
He explained everything to me and completed all of the paperwork on his computer.
He showed me the workings of the car in a professional way.
He phoned me the next day asking me if everything was ok with the car and that I could ring him or call in to the showroom at anytime if there is anything that I was not sure of.
The Manager Justin Shortland who I have had dealings with before, spoke to me and my husband also, he was very pleasant, and professional and is very knowledgeable of Ford products.
