Overall good experience, nothing to fault

Brilliant service, excellent communication, very knowledgeable and experience staff. Would definitely recommend.

We have always delt with TCH Burton and never had any problems. This was the first time we had met Ben and found him very perfestional and extremely helpful and polite. We would have no qualms in recommending him and the rest of the team.

An experienced traditional non pushy salesman who felt genuinely interested in helping. Tony Mahan was a pleasure to deal with. Having worked previously in the motor trade myself, he was like a breath of fresh air. No pressure, no constant calling to ask if im ready to 'commit' to buying a car. The only time ive ever bought a salesman cakes lol!

Extremely positive experience - no hard sell, helpful engagement and we found the perfect car. A mile away from horrid car supermarket experience. This was our second experience buying a modern Ford - both this one and the one in Chesterfield were great. Fantastic to see that real customer experience still exists.

What I had previously asked about was quickly answered. All queries were answered. Car was ready very quickly and except for missing a scratch at the front of the car which had to be dealt with the following week, the car was clean and ready for me to use straight away.

Needed to change my existing car having purchased before from TC Harrison for myself and partner a few years ago.
Popped into Huntingdon site and met by Daniel Wells, discussed my finances first to enable to find the cars within my budget
Vehicle was found and after test drive I was expecting the hard sell but was pleasantly surprised by the facts were presented and left me to make my own mind up with the option of walking away should I not like the offers suggested
Every thing was fully explained and upon collection all the necessary paperwork completed , keys handed over and off I went.

Catch up call a couple of days later to check all was well

Daniel stated he had recently joined Harrison’s so I think they have secured a good salesperson

Would recommend a dealership well run with no pressure put upon the buyer

Everyone was very helpful and explained everything (even though there was a lot to take in!). The pick up of the car went smoothly and so far all going well with it.

We were given the opportunity to examine a number of cars The sales man was careful to consider our specific needs.
We were allowed a reasonable test drive.
On collection the features of the car were demonstrated.

We were greeted and looked after by Darren who gave us all the information and details we asked for about the vehicle we wanted to purchase. When we decided to go ahead with the deal, Darren gave us a list
of options to choose from, we made our choices and then it was all completed.

Awaiting the delivery of the car.

I was kept informed as to why there was a delay with getting the vehicle due to a soft wear issue.
I always had my telephone calls requesting an update when the person I wanted to speak to was unavailable.

The whole experience from the call advising a long delivery for a replacement vehicle, to placing the order and negotiating the correct financial deal was made easy and done in a very professional manner.
Taking delivery of the new vehicle was done in the agreed time scale and the handover was on time and simple.
