Fantastic car dealers very helpful i wont go anywhere else

In 58 years of buying cars from many garages with out doubt this is by far the very worst experience car is brilliant not happy with sales man after about 3 hrs trying to get finance I gave you the full payment paid for ceramic coating it wasn’t done complained done today disgusting customer treatment

I was told as it was my first time on mobility I would not wait long for my car maybe a few weeks and that there was a car ready for me only to be told a few days later that car wasn’t available and I waited three months for a car

They found me the car I wanted, at a great price. Steve is very knowledgeable about what he is selling, and answered all my questions. This is in fact the second time I have bought a car from him and will definitely go back to him next time I am looking to purchase a new car.

Steve was really helpful explaining our new Kuga, we had never had a new car or an automatic and was our first on disability scheme. He put our minds at ease and his explanations was very helpful.

I organised a car purchase for our son from overseas. He was then able to do a test drive and make a decision. Kevin, the salesman with whom we have dealt before couldn't have been more helpful. This is the second time we have worked with Kevin in Spalding. Prior to that, we have bought 2 cars from the Peterborough branch. We have always been well looked after.

Generally a good experience in my dealings with the Company.UNfortunately an electrical fault developed within a few miles from the collection of my new purchase.However I cannot criticise the Company's response and within a few days the problem was rectified.Without this hiccup I would have given a 5 star rating.

What can I say other than the team was absolutely fantastic from day one Allen and Kevin was absolutely fantastic so helpful and could not helps us enough throughout the process of buying a car and trading our car in thank so much for everything

As always Kevin (my salesman) went to great lengths to go through the whole process so that I fully understood what all the paperwork meant and what all the buttons and gadgets etc were for inside the car.
