I recently bought a car from T.C. Harris in Burton on Trent and overall I was happy with the experience. The car itself is good and the buying process was straightforward.
The only disappointment was that the car hadn’t been cleaned properly when I collected it. A little more attention to the cleaning and presentation would have made the experience much better.
Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would give T.C. Harris 4 out of 5 stars.

So good we had TWO cars
Walked into dealer to look at Ford Explorer walked out two hours later with a great deal.
All staff were a pleasure to deal with special mention to Phil Lycett who made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable ! I collected car week or so later in between answering all my emails and questions without hesitation! Cars great the whole experience was so good my wife is due to collect her new Puma in September after offering us another great deal ! Get down to TCH in Derby opposite the Stadium ! Phil is the man 10/10
