Excellent experience when buying a new car. Salesman was extremely helpful and supplied all the relevant information needed to make a decision. Ordered the vehicle and it actually arrived ahead of schedule.

Tom was brilliant. Repairs to the alloys on the car I purchased not so brilliant. Was also promised some plates would be made up so I could put my private reg on but they never materialised.

All staff very helpful on looking at the car however after buying i realised that it was not only a hybrid but a plug in which gave me a problemwith charging I returned to the sales staff for help and was told the car would operate ok if not charged also at point of sale paperwork for the vehicle was not produced eg m o t log book and service records still cannot get any copy's of service records even on ford pass app

I really enjoyed my experience with Malcolm. He made the whole process easy and fun at the same time. It felt like I was having coffee with a friend. I bought a car recently after spending quite a lot of time searching and not having good experiences with car dealerships.

Tony was incredibly friendly, helpful and did me a really good deal on a car that I am very very happy with. I was also helped by Dan on the day of collection who was very friendly, helpful and helped everything go so smoothly.

10/10, would recommend them to anybody looking for a new car!
