Really good service from malcom at T C Harrison made us fill very welcome and found the car for us that was in bugget and only 7days to collect new car hand over was brilliant went all over the car explaining everything

The Peterborough store really is absolutely fantastic. They always go way above and beyond. The lady on reception is always so friendly, so approachable, and she is always on hand with a chocomilk and biscuit! The ladies on the service desks are equally worthy of a positive review- again always helpful, always with a smile on their face, and always willing to go the extra mile.
Today specifically, I popped in because the trim on my boot had detached. The new parcel shelf on the Kuga (calling it a parcel shelf is a bit of a stretch- its a ridiculous flap of material) constantly gets caught and had ripped off the plastic trim on the boot. The trim has half hanging off, making it difficult to close the boot. I attempted to clip the trim back on myself, but was cautious of snapping any of the plastic attachments. I was near the Huntingdon branch so popped in, hoping they would take the 5 mins to clip it back on for me. However, they told me that I needed to have an appointment, the earliest appointment was 3 weeks away. Honestly so disappointed in their service and their lack of consideration to the inconvenience of not being able to shut the boot consistently.
I happen to be passing the Peterborough branch and popped in- true to form, they couldn't have been more helpful. I was offered a chocomilk and biscuit, was seen within 2 mins, and the lady on the reception desk popped into the service area and Toby very kindly popped the trim back on for me straight away. It was literally less than 5 mins- and that included him grabbing the tool to pop the connectors back on. Absolutely cracking service, I was so grateful. The Huntingdon branch could learn A LOT about good service and customer experience from Peterborough! Thanks again to Toby and all the ladies front facing for being fabulous.

I have had no problems with this company and they are always polite and professional, there was a change of personal during our wait but it didn't affect anything at all.

As an update of my experience in 2025 which was excellent I would just like to share my experiences this year (2026), again excellent service for my MOT & interim service. the staff are very pleasant & informative & I was kept in the loop via their links in messaging where I could monitor the progress.
