A good service marred by intransigent rules ….250 miles each way I wanted both vechiles to be trailered ,remove risk of 500mile day trip with consequences….unsafe activity was refused ,,,I had to turn up remote was refused ..payment in full offered in advance was again refused ..so no deal thru crass stupidity ,how to lose biz without trying

10/10 experience. All information gone through in detail and was not pressured to make a decision there and then. Shout out to Tom who made me feel welcome and took the time to deal with questions I had - however stupid I felt they were. Have come away with a lovely car and all staff there were friendly and approachable which made the experience, as a whole perfect! :)

Ben Stocker made the experience very enjoyable, he’s quite a sales man as I had no intentions of buying a car! Really pleased I did.

Ordered my car in October, promised it in January/February finally picked it up at end of April. I had to chase up in February as I’d heard nothing. Had to chase several times. Information was then not passed to Octopus and there was a further delay.

On the day of pick up I do receive a very good briefing on the car and its functions. However promises of follow up calls have not materialised.

A big thank you to everyone at TC Harrison. Expecially to Luke Bosworth who made everthing easy and hassel free. Would highly recommend.

The car that I bought (EN74 TWV) was prepared extremely well, but what made the experience so pleasant, was the professional and friendly reception from all the staff we encountered at TC Harrison.
Phil Walford was particularly helpful and knowledgeable of the Ford Kuga we were buying. Both Phil and Kieran helped to make what could have been a tiresome day into an enjoyable one.

very difficult to speak with a salesman and when told they would get someone to ring me back it never happened.seems to be an awful lot of paperwork to complete before collection of vehicle.was told that vehicle owners manual was not supplied with car but available on the internet by 2 staff members and yet when we collected the car the manuals ans service book etc were in the car why did the sales man need to lie !.the engine oil level was too high so was showing a fault code on the instrument cluster.was told the car would have 2 new tyres fitted and it would be road taxed the tyres were fitted but I had to pay for the road tax myself ?,the car was very nicely valeted

Had a great service from Ben and also Dan. No pressure to buy a car from either of them had a cup of coffee while we made our decision. No hard sale involved at any time in fact it was a soft approach by both of them. Came home with a great car ,would we go back to the dealership definitely.

Extremely disappointing experience right at the final stage of purchasing a vehicle after searching for the right car for over 3 months.

Prior to collection, I raised concerns regarding chip damage on the driver rear quarter panel and the dealership agreed to respray it. However, when I was later shown photos of the completed work, there was a clear colour mismatch/blending issue.

I felt my request for the paintwork to be redone properly was fair and reasonable, particularly given the visible mismatch. Ken and Ivan were as helpful as they could be throughout the process, however they advised they were not authorised to approve any further work.

Unfortunately, the situation was handled very poorly by the manager on duty, Dan. He was dismissive, condescending, and would not even properly consider the photos I was referring to or look at the car to make an assessment. I was particularly disappointed by the attitude taken, especially over what should have been a relatively straightforward issue to resolve through their own internal workshop.

No alternatives or compromise were offered, and the dealership instead chose to refund my deposit and lose the sale entirely.

As a word of warning to future buyers, I would strongly recommend carefully inspecting the driver-side rear quarter panel on the grey BMW i4 that will likely be relisted.

Overall, this was not the level of professionalism or customer service I expected from such a well-established and reputable dealership with over 95 years of experience.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from TC Harrison. Not my local dealer but they went out of their way to make sure the buying process went smoothly. Tony was definitely old school and you could tell that he cared about his customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying a vehicle from them.

I have never had such poor service buying a car! Have been a TCH customer for years and have always had impeccable customer service however my trusty salesman retired so I had to use someone else and it wasn’t a good experience- I will not buy another car from TCH group. We were mislead in what came with the vehicle, told an offer was on which wasn’t (although I will say they did resolve this… eventually!). They didn’t clear the finance promptly and delayed this meaning further repayment was taken from my bank… rang the finance company and they’d requested a new settlement figure 4/5 days after I collected the car and therefore paid less… rang them up on a Thursday to be told they’d sort it and money would be back with me on Monday… then Tuesday. Rang again Friday and was told its all in hand and sorted. Tuesday came with no money… more chasing to be told its been sorted, to then have finance team call me an hour later and settle the money- clearly hadn’t done what we were told. Just feel totally let down with this whole experience!

I travelled from Cornwall to TCH Derby site to collect a New Ford Transit Courier. They were one of only three dealers in the country who had the exact specification I was looking for.
I was looked after by Lee in the commercial sales department. I found him very helpful and affable throughout the whole process.
He even laughed at my jokes, which was a bonus !!!

Malcolm was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of time, he explained things very clearly.
