Copper cylinder

After placing the order in the evening we realised we had typed in the incorrect post code. I called the next day and spoke to a member of staff who was very helpful and said he would correct it straight away. The cylinder arrived exactly as promised and within the time predicted and with the correct post code. Thank you

Poor service - Avoid

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent delivery. Despite paying an additional £50 plus VAT for Friday delivery, the item arrived on Monday, two days later than expected. This delay resulted in additional expenses for an engineer's time and a period without hot water.

When we spoke with the manufacturer they said they could deliver next day and they have let us down on this occasion. Unfortunately it was out of our hands. Please call and I will refund the £50 paid extra for next day delivery.
