Terrible delivery experience

Terrible delivery experience. My shutters never arrived. The tracking showed “in transit” from 18 to 27 February (after that I stopped checking), and during my stay in Portugal I repeatedly stayed home for days waiting for a delivery that never came.

What makes this especially frustrating is that the company I bought from kept being told by the courier that delivery would happen “the next day” but no one ever showed up, and no reliable time window or proactive update was provided.

This disrupted my entire trip and caused a lot of wasted time. Extremely unreliable service. I would not recommend.
