I have participated in differnt race locations and genuinely have had really good experiences in all except one. However after informing the Team about the issues via email, the Team responded quickly to resolve them and offered replacement vouchers.
Overpriced and extreme dangerous, I wouldn’t say it smile for money, for the amount you pay to the moment of actual track time you get after you finished having to stop start stop start stop stop, you might be lucky to get one nap where a suspended or red flag, it’ll be a miracle if you get one flying lap without somebody getting any anyway usually the younger kids, quite why you put kids and adult adults together I have no idea, that is the most dangerous you could imagine. Especially when the experience level is completely the opposite. Kids I’ve never done it before an experience Carters that have. My advice try the karting tracks. I know it’s not Silverstein but at least the Marshalls at Silverstone know what they’re doing the Marshalls here them don’t understand what they’re doing at all. In fact, some of them probably cause some of the accidents, whilst having a group of carts to effectively slow down in front of each other when you got more chance of an accident.
All Around great and fun experience
The place was amazing. Friendly staff, always happy to help and answer your questions. Very safe on track with the marshals making sure everything runs smoothly would 100% recommend to anyone to try this place out.
The team at teamsport are amazing as always. However the karts are awful. Constantly overheating. Having a mind of their own. One minute you’ll be flying and the next minute, they don’t even have a leg to stand on. The karts are at their 4th track. Poor from teamsport. A lot of people put a lot of money into their local tracks. You could at least appreciate these people by giving the track new karts
Amazing experience, upgraded from a standard 2x15 mins races to a Grand Prix +. Zizzi treated us like Stars the whole journey. Even got our stag to wear pink 😅
Had lots of fun I went fast. Some bad drivers
Aladdin was so so so nice he helped us and was super friendly, made our experience so nice!!!!
Although most of the staff are great some have a dont care attitude , i emailed in and made a complaint which they would prefer you not do!
What else are you meant to do when all the karts are unequal certain racers are given the only good karts week in week out meaning others do not have a fair chance at qualifying for BIKC. You report issues with the karts and the unfairness of it all and they dont care at all. I heard BIKC was rigged last year at dunstable and by the looks of things it will be again. Either certain racers are over confident in themselves or they know there going to win, as I over heard one racer clearly state to his competitors he is going to Win BIKC for his category and they have no chance in winning.
My advise save yourself some money and dont bother with this site as all you will get is slow or broken karts and other racers gets favoured with the good ones, you might as well try other sites lest you'll have a fair chance!
Staff on race floor were rude. Overpriced and having kids in slow karts as adult are on the same track makes it dangerous and pointless as your stopping all the time. Can even manage to get a full lap without stopping. Waste of money.
We’ve been going regularly to Bournemouth and Reece who runs the place is top notch. He checks in with people, knows the regulars, has time to have a conversation about sessions and what’s going on at the centre.
When we had a session cancelled the other week due to damage to the track they were very good about it and sorted us out with another session on a later date
Recent visit to clydebank will most definitely be the last. They haven't got a clue of their own rules on track, they say stop if its red, slow down to walking when yellow, then proceed to black flag when we hadn't completely stopped when it was yellow! In the 30 mins we went around the track we never got more than 2mins without being stopped. Staff where running across the track and had to be avoided. They were being argumentative and threatening to kick myself out because apparently I shouted at them, I'm sure everyone has a raised voice when ears are covered!
My son crashed on tracked and immediately got rammed by two karts, I tried to console my sons who was crying and in pain, I was told not to console my son that they would see to that. Had they got a yellow flag or red flag on when he initially crashed he would not have been rammed twice. Marshalls are shocking and need proper training.
Toilets had no soap or toilet paper.
The only saving grace of the day was the girl in the lazer shooting game, who was an absolute delight to all the kids I took. The rest of the staff could learn a thing or two from her.
Had a Birthday party at Teamsport Nottingham for my 11 year old son and 9 friends.
Not the cheapest party but an excellent experience. The kids loved it and had a great laugh.
Our party host Grace was amazing. Really friendly and informative. She ran round and worked really hard to ensure everything ran smoothly for us.
Also took advantage of the race again, and bought 10 race agains for only 17.99 each which I can use in the 6 week holidays.
Loved the podium at the end and medal ceremony which finished things off nicely.
Excellent customer service. Staff at theMitcham track were very polite and helpful
Very friendly race marshals and staff around this place. Great quality for money and staff give really good tips on how to improve. Especially Kai who recommended myself to get the Elite Membership!
Teamsport consistently delivers outstanding customer service. Whenever any issue arises, it’s handled promptly and professionally. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and are committed to providing the best experience possible. My son and I have been visiting for years, and in our opinion, there’s no better go-karting company in the UK.
I thought that the staff were excellent and that the experience was exhilarating. Would most definitely go visit again.
I purchased a £100 voucher with Teamsport for my sons brithday, my son was injured and unable to race for 8 months during this period and the voucher expired during this period. After discovering the voucher had expired I contacted Teamsport to see if they would do something but they just said sorry the voucher has expired and they were not willing to redeem it. My son had joined the Teamsport Race Academy and had been racing more than 30 times and for them to say the voucher has expired, we will pocket the £100, you will need to pay again to race with us is poor customer relations. Yes it is the terms and conditions but it just galls that they would not even offer anything.
One thing is for sure I will not be racing with them ever again.
I had an issue with a recent visit to the Warrington track, but the customer service team couldn’t have handled it better. They were quick to respond, genuinely listened, and offered a really thoughtful resolution. I’m really impressed with how well my concerns were taken on board!! it’s rare to feel this valued as a customer! Big thank you to the team, for turning my experience around. Can’t wait to go back and race again soon!
I visited on a members night and it was the first time I’ve done a 30 minute race
Staff were all very friendly and I had a good time, I started to feel a little motion sickness at the end of the first session and all the staff were fab and made sure I was okay
The response I received from an email I sent was very quick. The problem I had was sorted very quickly. The customer service was outstanding.
