The slim clear case is amazing. Very slim and easy to hold, not to mention, it's very durable.

If not delivered in next 7 days I’ll ask my card company to reclaim the money charged

The product never arrived!
I have been writing to customer service and they do not respond. I placed the order on 9 June and today on 24 June I still do not have the product nor the refund! customer services do not care and do not even care to respond!... and now I have been asked to rate my purchase... is this a joke ?

I was looking for a Tech21 case for my daughter’s 15pro max in he Philippines but Apple store there doesn’t have any in stock. So when I got back in the UK I check if there’s available, and I was directed to Tech21 website and they deliver in The Philippines. Ordering process was straightforward and was dispatched the next day.

Only reason I only gave 4 stars is due to the tracking did not work. It wasnt providing update on the status of the shipment, if it already arrive th country of destination and if the local carrier had already pick up and ready to deliver.

The item was delivered after 9 days and my daughter is happy with the case.

I never received my order and have been constantly emailing them for over 20 days. I’ve bought cases from them before so I recommend you buy them in person and not online, completely unsupported after purchase.

The case is exactly what I wanted and the delivery was very quick.

My parcel was delivered to another property. No telephone number on the website to report this issue. I have sent emails but no response! Quick to take payment! Absolutely poor service and no product! Where’s my reply and refund!

My items were damaged, scratched upon delivery. I started contacting tech21 on 6/10 and still have not heard from them and it is now 6/21.for a return all I needed was a return auth, label and refund. I love the tech21 cases but the CS is not good.

Twice I sent an email requesting information on how to return an unwanted item in my order and only ever got automated responses to the emails. very unsatisfactory.

The order came as empty box, which ultimately ruined my plan to receive it for an occasion by a certain date.
On top of that, the company never acknowledged or apologised for the situation, or explained what happened.

The customer service is very poor, I can not get through on the phone . I am still waiting to hear back from them. It’s frustrating as my issue has not been resolved, I was not sent a tracking number. I certainly will not use this company again. It seems very amateur.

Your warranty did what I expected and replaced, with ease, a laptop cover that somehow got a cracked corner. Thank you!

Quick turnaround on replacing my product.

You guys are way too expensive

Long time user of Tech 21, nothing else compares. Saved my phone from serious damage many times. Just upgraded to S25+ and very pleased to see that cover/case launched and available.

It arrived broken and I have been unable to get a response on getting a new one. Every time I follow up it says they are behind and to wait another 48 hrs.

Best phone cases on the market, never let me done and been using for many years and dropped my phone plenty of times! Worth spending the money to protect a luxury item. Nice designs

Wrong item delivered (screen saver delivered, which I did not order). I ordered an iPhone 16 pro max phone case and wrote to company 3 times over a month period to advise them that this item has not been delivered. No reply from the company to date. Very poor!

Good delivery time. I have used Tech21 covers before and prevented damage to my old phone on a number of occasions. New cover fits well and looks good on my Samsung S24fe
