Good product but bad exchange policy
Good product so far. Only giving 3 stars because of the exchange policy. I had to exchange the first case I bought because the iPhone I had purchased had to be replaced with a different model. Tech21 wouldn't let me do an even exchange, so I had to buy another one(exact same price) and return the old one. The new one was the wrong color, but I'm not too picky about that so I let it slide. But I had to pay for the return shipment of the first item, which was still new. Not happy about that since I paid $60 for the case. High profit margin for Tech21....

My parcel has been damaged
My parcel has been damaged whilst with the carrier you provided. I’ve emailed 3 times to try get a replacement or refund but no response. So I’ve had to order another. Will not be buying anymore of your products

Tech 21 has quality service desk support and an excellent product. A+ vendor!
First of the details that Tech 21 did to ensure I had a legitimate issue (pictures were so smart) and send me a replacement. I’m not kidding a company can’t keep company paid support like I got giving replacement to fragrant issues. I also thought the agent communication was excellent and fast. After confirming my issues legitimate the quickly send me an email with a valid replacement and when it would arrive. I did think the time from knowing I was getting a replacement which was fast and time to actually get brand new replacement was to long in today next day shopping environment (not expecting overnight). Overall I was very impressed with service and when I need a new case I will got to Tech 21 first. Never had a bad case all fit great and prevent damage and all controls easy to get to and utilize as design.

Package arrived tampered with & my new…
Package arrived tampered with & my new phone case missing. Got in contact with Tech21 & they’ve been utterly useless in helping me with my parcel. Ordered 2 weeks ago & still no solution. Wouldn’t use their services again. Shocking company & even more shocking customer service. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Neon Pink/Orange Glow in the Dark
I got the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Case MagSafe Compatible - Neon Pink/Orange Glow in the Dark. I was very excited about a clear-ish case with pink buttons and a pink MagSafe, but the color of the case online is very deceiving, it’s a bright red-ish with orange tint NOTHING like the picture of the product on the website. Also it DOES NOT glow in the dark.
The case itself is comfortable and good protection but I got it because of the “pink” color pictured on their website and description and was disappointed that it doesn’t match at all. If I knew it didn’t match I wouldn’t have gotten it.

Seriously overpriced
Yes the case is ok but seriously overpriced. Placed the order on a Friday and it arrived the following Wednesday evening (7.15pm) and the courier used was Evri who are thee worst delivery in the world hands down.

Bad first impression
This is the first time I ordered from Tech 21. They sent me the wrong case for my phone. I had to pay the shipping to send it back. I still don't have the right case for my phone.
