I visited Techhouse, Bromley, to get my MacBook, repaired, and Ashley, did just that. Extremely efficiently and explained the whole thing to me, including showing me the diagnosis.

Highly recommend for any MacBook issues.

As a non-techie senior citizen I was very pleased with their assistant's swift diagnosis of my mobile phone's lock screen problem. New screen was found and ordered (despite being an older model, like me) and fitted within a few days. I was also given useful advice on the state of the battery and how to preserve it.
My only niggle was initially feeling unnoticed as a customer waiting, while the assistant was on a long phone call. Would definitely use TechHouse again, however.

Served by Ashley who was extremely helpful with advice on a screen protector. He even fitted it for me with no extra charge. Very pleasant, polite chap.

The technicians at Techhouse were simply outstanding in the service they provided. They went way above and beyond what was expected of them when giving of their time and expertise.
We cannot praise them enough.

Absolutely fuming had one of my back cameras fixed here, it was glued on and after 5 hours it’s come off!! £50 and wasn’t even the right camera for my phone he put a 13 pro max on a 13 pro

Visit Tech House at Compass One on 18th February 2023 around 8pm. The only tall guy who working on that day and when I ask questions about Anker Power bank, his keep on his rolling eye and bad tone toward me. I don't know what kind of the service is this? Mean I don't have money to purchase or looking down on me or what?

Tafari and Jacob were fantastic in the Leamington store.

Weren’t sure if what I was asking was possible so took one out of a box and tried it.

I received superb treatment here at the Bromley branch. Calm, efficient atmosphere.
My phone was expertly repaired and I would definitely return should I have problems again.

Today I visited the Leamington Spa branch of Tech house as my phone wasn't receiving emails. I must say they were very helpful. A nice young man called Jacob sorted the problem out within 5 mins. My friend who was with me had a problem with her phone last week and said how helpful they were to her. As we are the more mature generation we quite often need help, not being very technical minded. Would definitely recommend this shop in Leamington if you need any assistance. Not sure of the other young man's name but thank you both so much.

Such first class help and advice. I needed to know how to move photos from my Android phone to my iPad. All other local phone shops said it couldn’t be done. The guys in Techhouse said straight away to use Google Photos. (I am not techie literate, so they showed me how to download the app etc.) Brilliant! Saved me a lot of money. Wanted to pay for their help, but they wouldn’t any remuneration. Alex and Jacob. You deserve great success in your business.

Fixed my Samsung screen without me having to lose all my data which was the only option the Samsung warranty fix had offered. Exceptionally friendly, very quick service. Contacted them online initially and they had a new screen ordered in just in case I decided to book in a repair so it would be there waiting, no obligation for me to book. I'm very glad I did though.

Avoid this company like the plague !! wife iphone 11 cracked screen. Only replaced it with non genuine apple screen and now the phone has water damage and is dead. Oh I wonder why, because of their shoddy workmanship that's why . Now they wont honour their warranty and say water damage is not covered. Well if it has been repaired correctly this would not have happened . They are now trying to wriggle out of their liability . At no point did they state that fitting a non genuine screen would render it as water resistence as a paper towel !! Staffed by ignorant staff who clearly are not apple certified so save your money and expense by never going near this poor excuse for a repair shop.

Awful, just awful. My wife paid £100+ for a screen fix with this company. Within 4 weeks it had broken again (without being dropped or impacted significantly at all). We thought it would be covered by the warranty provided upon the first fix, the two guys in the Bromley shop totally disregarded this and within 10 seconds had decided there was nothing they could do and that it would cost a further £100 to refix. One of them even attempted to point to a crack on the screen to try and prove it had been dropped, when there wasn’t even one there. This infuriated me and was patronising to say the very least, and a classic example of two stereotypical phone techs who think they can try and pull the wool over someone’s eyes to make more money. Completely conned, do not trust this company and give them any of you money! More interested in driving profits than having an ounce of decency in correcting an issue or providing any kind of customer service. Simply awful.

Total rip off- lock you into unreasonable and very very expensive contracts- avoid at all costs

Refused refund for faulty installation of screen (broke when left alone on a table) - was told that it simply wasn’t an issue that could happen. Phone screen felt misaligned after they handed it back to me after repair. Only offered a small discount for a problem that was not my fault.

Went to buy a charger, and ended up taking two. I returned the other and the customer service l was accorded was great.

Had my Iphone 11 screen fixed in Lakeside, TechHouse, Got served by someone called Tim, he had my phone working as good as new just under a hour, plus £20 cheaper than the phone shop opposite ! My phone works perfect too! Kind and amazing service, thank you TechHouse!

Great staff and service. Good quality products.

I brought a new iPhone from these guys. Brett I think was his name was just great with me. Taking time to explain functions, moving all my stuff over from my old phone and generally being really helpful to a technophobe.
