Hello, I have bad remark about the Director of your branch in Ring Mall:
1. Yesterday 19.12.2023 at 9:30 pm in that branch, I chose printer and went to pay at the disk of the lady.
2. I asked about the grantee period, the lady was speaking in fast way and I am foreigner not perfect in Bulgarian Language, I asked her to be slowly maybe I can understand, she did not reply me.
3. I went to the director who seated near of her asking are you speaking English, he did not look at me at all, shouting by his hand go to the Casher, I asked him please I would like ask about the insurance, also by his hand in not professional remark by his hand to go back to the casher,
4. He let me feeling that I was begging from him some thing free of money.
5. I left the printer, went out to my car and so angry about this branch which become some not professional men.
6. I would like to inform you, many times I am visiting the branch in Blagoevgrad and the people are very polite and active and present for me very good services and let me buy most of my devices from their.
7. Please it is my bad note about this branch and really I will inform my friends about that branch which is director by some man.

It’s the last time that I go to techno market ring mall,
Nobody want to give you information, nobody smile, nobody speak English, I bought TV and I regretted, they want to sale for me the one from showroom and in the same price that the new one m I refused so they gave me another reference, in the cashier I tried to speak with her Bulgarian , she answered me with impolite way, when I asked in the information they told me to go and see with the cashier, it’s catastrophic, I don’t know why I took this TV, I advice you to go to another shop .

I am Irish and went into technomarket with my Danish friend.
We wanted to buy a product that would of cost 100 lev.
First of all the First Lady was very rude as we didn’t have great Bulgarian.
The second person who was a man spoke English told us he was busy unpacking a box and wait till he was done.
We waited 10 minutes for him and he decided to serve other customers who spoke Bulgarian.
The third guy said rudely to wait. We waited in total for 20 minutes and no one came. But they were happy to stare at us dirtily.
Of course we left and went to technopolis where we were greeted straight away and bought the product within 10 minutes
Maybe your staff shouldn’t be so discriminated towards foreign people.
I will be posting my experience on an expats page to over 1000 people.

Varna Grand Mall - they thought we were thieves 0/10 would never go again.

As they used to be. You can still wind some good deals especially on discounts. But other than that there are much better companies now price and selection wise.
