Orderd an item as a christmas present for my daughter and never received it, contact paypal for a refund which was granted 2 weeks ago after they told us 7 days to get our money back, and we are still waiting, this dispute being going on 4 months now and still had nothing this company is a scam and i have being intouch with trading standards over the matter hopefully this company will be stopped from operating in the uk
This site is a scam!!! Ordered the x360key from here which was in stock when I placed my order and it said 2-5 days delivery. I managed to speak to someone on live chat who told me they had dispatched my item and would email tracking info...Never received so I wrote an email and they replied by saying the version they have is the asian version and they would have english version in next week. I told them to refund and have opened a dispute through Paypal now so hopefully they will deal with it but no more replies from techgame.co.uk!! Its now been 2weeks and I have got no further and my £80 has disappered. What an awful place please do not buy from here
