Bad workmanship, rude behaviour

Engaged Gary at TechSOS to install a Freesat dish. He ended up drilling through a pvc rain water pipe and breaking it. Upon realising, he exclaimed that he was too accurate in his estimate for the hole. He wasn't apologetic or offered any help in fixing it. Upon telling him to do something about it, he threatened to walk away leaving cables hanging from the wall and an open hole drilled in the outside wall for "giving me grief". I now have a leaking rain water pipe that leaks into a wall! Avoid at all cost. A DIY job will be better.
