Just purchased a Cat Activity Tree and although it is huge is was free p&p and the delivery was super quick. They kept me upto date with the tracking of the delivery which was great. On unpacking the item I noticed a part was damaged and I notified them reference the item and dispatched a replacement which arrived promptly. This was the first time I had used TecTake but it certainly won't be the last as they are a professional company and their customer care is excellent.

Defective outdoor rattan set
I purchased a outdoor rattan set in May 2016.
In September one of the elements, a table, began decomposing. I claimed and it was promptly replaced.
In December 2017, before storing them for the winter time, the same table and other 4 elements began breaking apart so I claimed again.
This time they will not assume it is their fault despite the photographic evidence and taking into account that fibers are decomposing in zones with no contact with human body eg, table fibers are under a templated glass and the other elements are the upper parts of the back of the seats.
It is not acceptable for an outdoor set last for less than a couple of summer seasons. I really hope to get a solution. A replacement for faulty parts will be the minimum.

Fast and convenient service
I bought 6 white chairs "Esszimmerstuhl Thomas weiss" on 18th December and they arrived in Italy on 23th. Very fast shipping. The chairs were very cheap but nice, elegant and comfortable. There were only little rust spots, but not so visible so I decided to keep them and they look so good in my living room. Don't hesitate!

Not Impressed With Quality Or Service
I purchased an A-Frame display board from TecTake via Amazon. The item was damaged on receipt and the overall quality was poor. Yes, the item was cheap, but as the backing boards were just thin mounting board and as the item was so large (A1), the board is extremely flimsy.
They refused to give me a refund and would only send replacement parts for the damaged sections. The new parts were in a worse condition than the original item (they were bent out of shape.)
I'm stuck with an item that is slowly falling apart as it's not strong enough to be used outside.
