The coat itself is excellent quality and just what I was expecting it to be. However, it was sent in one of the most unprofessional ways. It was literally shoved in a torn plastic bag with no filling paper or gift tissues. The plastic bag was so small that it made such an elegant coat all wrinkly and not worth what it is for. It’s a gift for my sister, and I am still thinking how to pack it for her.

Item arrived perfectly, great quality. 1 of the 2 items I ordered in the end was out of stock and got a refund under 1 week, received an email from the customer service explaining i would get a refund + a 10% discount on the next purchase for the inconvenience caused. Great service. Only thing to improve is to keep the website updated on the stock because the item still shows available in stock even if I know there is no more pink Nikaria bags for the brushes

I ordered a full suit; however, 4 days later, I received an email saying the suit jacket I ordered was out of stock. They sent the trousers, which I returned. It was not a good experience. I believe they should have contacted me to discuss the alternatives and I would be happy to choose a different suit with the same price as there were many other suits that I also liked.

I bought two back from your company one was delivered one is not delivered and I was asking them when am I going to get it they cannot even tell me they're telling me I should be looking into my email every minute to see if there will deliver it or not my reference number is 5 8 4 5 0 1 I'm not happy and I send my money back to me please if they cannot get me the black bag

I found Ted Baker sale through the NY Times and was thrilled with the dresses. This was a sale ( final). The clothes were magnificent. I know the label. I bought a dark knit long dress. It fit me perfectly. There was an interior knit piece to smooth the line underneath the dress itself. Everything was so well made. The price was amazing. Very happy customer!

I ordered from your amazing shop for my partner for all her recent achievements and to have before she went away, I work away a lot and wanted her to have them when we where together for a surprise, I am happy you gave me a refund for not upholding your next day delivery, but to have them turn up 8 days later. She is away and I won’t see her for a month! I would have never have ordered from you if I knew it would have taken this long to receive the items!
I understand you had troubles but 7days is beyond a joke!
I will not be shopping online with you again
