The package is well packed.
Hope will get information of sending time after one dag. This time I didn't get any information about my order in 3 days. Then I thought I just ordered some thing from a cheater company....
But later after I got information about the order was send out then the package came really quick!

What made my experience great was that it has friendly people, when I needed support they were there when I needed to track my item. My item came in love and care without delay, the people are very helpful as a company as well. I love my item which is for my crush as she loves koalas. The customer service was outstanding within the waiting time to be delivered is 100% worth the wait.

Ordered a gift for valentines day, get a mail back a week later that its not in stock anymore. I replied and still no answer after 1 week. The phone number doesnt work as well. 1 star

They apoligised for the long delivery date.. but the teddy looks good.. so 3 stars instead of 1
Another update. 20 days is still too long.. probably dropshipping company? Here in the netherlands u get ur package in 1-2 days. Sometimes even in 24 hours. 4 days is considered long. Maybe it was my mistake. But i did not expect 20 or something days.

There were some issues with shipping but they contacted the delivery company and solved it. Their customer service is very kind and helpful. I received my order by now and its amazing. The bear is really soft but also stuffed really well.

Aided when it was most needed
After a few bumps in the road, most likely due to the backlash of Covid-19, I left a review and it all looked hopeless. But as a prince in shining armor, the owner Ramas Racius, was quick to react and clear any mistakes made. He showed concern, hospitality and a great deal of problem-solving skills. Not only for me as a costumer, but also for his company as he is in a constant strive to improve every bit of it and making sure every customer is getting the best Teddy, you could ever dream of.
Now speaking of their product, there not even a bit of doubt, that what they are selling the best of the best - the quality is through the roof.

A nice looking website to start off, a good amount of plushies and sizes to chose from, from small to big sizes. Shipping is a bit expensive but I'll still make this a 5* review. A bunch of payment methods to chose from, and the delivery is fwst (got mine in 4 days). The plushy quality itself is really good, they are really well made and they'll definitelly make someone that get them feel special.

Amazing Gift!

Brilliant all round
