Tees have helped me through a very long and difficult divorce. I have had considerable support throughout that time and would highly recommend them for there professional advice and guidance. Especially Amber Kennedy who was my solicitor and gave me sound advice when needed.

I asked Tees to deal with my aunts will, and distribute the estate. After an initial meeting, the rest was done by post or email. Their IT was excellent and allowed me to review and sign some documents.
Their staff were efficient and very professional, regularly keeping me updated on progress. I was very happy with the service they provided and will certainly use them again should I need the services of a solicitor

We met Dan a few years ago. We were impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and customer service skills. He now manages both mine and my wife’s pension portfolio and always makes us feel like valued customers at our annual meeting. He has always given us good advice and is very approachable. He is very conscientious about returning telephone calls and emails.

Tees and their very professional, courteous and helpful team have recently completed a probate application for us and are now conveyancing a difficult house sale with the utmost diligence. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Communication was sluggish with sometimes poor explanation of detailed documentation sent via e-mail. I have had to chase repeatedly and the whole experience has not been particularly brilliant. My initial contact left on maternity leave and the person who took over did not ask to meet with me, and it appeared sometimes had not read the notes by her colleague. The process has now been concluded but there has been no final communication to that effect. Disappointing service compounded by the fact that correspondence had to go to Head Office instead of to the local office and that seem to have built in time delays. Not sure whether staff working from home contributed to delays either.

A Tees Law team in their Saffron Walden office (led by Eleanor Burroughs) has just helped us sell a property. They were excellent at communicating with us throughout and their fees were very good value.

It is now around 6 months since starting with you on an update to our Wills, and there seems to be no, or at best, glacial progress. I get the feeling you do not want the business, and I may be cancelling the whole process if we do not get satisfaction shortly.

Excellent advice and service at a reasonable cost.

Hand delivered documents were mislaid and had to be recreated. Progress information was poorly communicated and had to be chased. I did not feel particularly valued as a client.

Awful experience where I reveived an invoice of +£1200 for 1h15 min of consultation after I was given a rate of less than 200£ per hour.
I figured out after, that even the information I've been given were wrong and they were pushing me to go through unecessary procedures to take more money!!

Good communications, professional friendly handling of conveyance. Would certainly recommend.

Tees, especially Joshua has provided a friendly, professional, and approachable service to me and my children for the last 9 years. James, Helen and the whole team worked with me and all very approachable and understanding of my difficult situation.
