Tees were invaluable in unpicking a compliated tax and inheritance trail, where several of the older generation had died.
This enabled us to properly state various shares of the inherited property, and understand some of the relevant trust law.
Nice people and enviable clarity in what they said and did.

Slow
My partner and I came to Tee’s law for a conveyancing solicitor to exchange in our first house. The process was very smooth, hassle free and straight forward with the guidance given. However we were not impressed with the lack of communication from the firm as we were speaking to multiple employees and the email chain was convoluted by different paralegals requesting different items. I believe this delayed the process which did not make the completion timely. Personally I will be using different solicitors in the future.
