I had an issue with a bat build (completely my fault) and they resolved it for me quickly and in time for Christmas!! Thank you so much.

If you win a voucher to this shop, you'll need to pay for delivery of the voucher and use the fake catalogue prices that are not even listed anywhere, so pay about £10-£50 more per item.
I bet this money won't cover the delivery fees of the items either. I will talk to them on the phone and figure that out, asking where the catalogue prices actually are. As of now it all looks like a scam. If you won £200, you want to spend £200, not £110. In this case, this was just a dirty lie.

Also, in the past they sent me incorrect items twice... So far it's the worst TT shop.

I had an issue with a Butterfly rubber. I contacted Tees and within 30 minutes had a response and a brilliant resolution. Well done Ryan you make customer service look easy. that's how to build a business

Still not received my order and won’t reply to my mails on the customer service. No other way to get in touch. I feel this is a scam website. Has been going on a month now

Exceptional service from Tees sport, one of Best companies bought from in a very long time . Butterfly trainers were too small , shipped back from London to Middlesbrough and they had new pair bigger size back within couple of days completely free of charge - what a great company. I also bought some socks , clothing , balls and bat care , all great products very happy with . Highly recommend shop , great service, thank you

Watch out for hidden terms and conditions. I do not feel the bat I bought has been sold clearly and then they won't take back or deal fairly with the situation when I bought in good faith. Very poor handling of the complaint. Cannot recommend.

Bat ordered at 1 Pm and arrived expertly assembled at 9 am the next day.

Poor customer service / policies. Offer no liability for refunds on unwearable products nor give any discounts or compensation. Not a consumer focused company in any way.

I had an old, favourite, table tennis bat that needed new rubbers ..emailed them and they promptly replied explaining how to send bat and that they would only charge £1.50 plus return postage to supply and fit the rubbers of my choice. Whole process was quick and easy with excellent communication and a first class job. Would definitely recommend.

Good quality table tennis table, compact but stable, relatively easy to move for such a heavy item.
The delivery was delayed but communication with the delivery company was good, they advised several days before the expected delivery day. They came with a small van, as access to my building is impossible with a truck, due to low bridge.
