Never received order and couldn't contact after delivery didn't show up.

Tried to cancel order, as it was ordered in error. NO response from Teezily until next day to say the order shipped. It's been about 5 months and all tracking links are disabled. Absolutely no response from Teezily customer service.

Terrible service and site. Ordered a t-shirt ages ago, received tracking info, but no info beyond that. Can't locate where to get customer service and almost feels like a scam. Overall I would not recommend this site.

Teezily failed to provide the clothing item (a printed tee-shirt). Teezily sent me an email informing me that it was sending my ordered item and then failed to do so. I found this quite disappointing because I did want the ordered item. Despite my email to the Teezily company, complaining about their item failing to arive, I received no response from Teezily. I had no option but to liaise with Paypal to obtain a refund of the money I paid for the shirt. This failure should injure the reputation of this company.

Recent order arrive after 10 days - quality of printing is dreadful and pixelated so the wording appears blurred so assume a copy of an original. Will be speaking to visa and getting my money back as I have no faith in this going anywhere with their so called customer service which is also crap

We set up a shop on teezily, and our staff purchased 2 shirts, to check on shirt quality and the overall process
Shirts arrived quickly and both fabric and print were good quality
BUT, we then tried to get the payout to our bank, we never received the payment. It stayed in "pending" on teezily's side, and this has been pending for over 6 months.
Contacts via phone and mail told us to wait. Some even suggested we setup a PayPal account since "bank transfers don't work"
We tried opening a ticket on their Zendesk today, but we get a "page does not exist" when we submit the request
At this stage, for anyone that wants to SELL shirts, I'd recommend to stay far away from this platform.

for those who sell tee-shirts in teezily please be careful, i have 3 payment request since 28 February and i didn't get paid untill now, don't loose your time in teezily choose another one.

I ordered a large T-shirt and was sent an extra large which I can't wear. I've contacted Teezily customer service over 3 weeks ago but to date have only received an automated response.

this company are the worst scammers out there,WARNING DONT USE THEM. i ordred beatles tshirt,in early feb.got email 5march to say on its way.when i put tracking num in it said invalid.they promised me a reply,didnt get it.wish like fark i had read reviews on these dirty bastards,dont buy from them please.once burned,twice shy

My payout is still pending from February. Teezily accountant not giving payout and they telling me there payout is slower then before.
When they give my payment I will edit my review.

Big mistake using this company. Paid £45 for a good quality hoodie that took 22 days to arrive and when arrived was too small as did not match the dimensions stated on the listing, the print was smaller and poorer quality than the listing. Support does not reply so they have sold me something that was not as advertised and there is nothing I can do to solve it.

Horrible company. I sold t shirts for these guys and once I requested a payout it took 2 weeks. Wrote support, took 3 days to reply. When I calmed down the woman (Olivia) in support, took my kindness as a weakness. I begged her to ask if the accountants could pay out earlier since I already had waited 2 weeks and needed the money badly. Did she show any empathy? Naa. Just another sad narcissist who shouldn't work in support. Mediocre company, AVOID.

I ordered a Status Quo T-shirt and it was supposed to cost 341 NOK, when I picked it up at the post office it cost me 1880 NOK. I will not be advertising or shopping with you.

On Oct 7th i ordered a T shirt for 38.94 2 months later I contacted them and they said they were sorry and would reship it. Still nothing and no response at all now. Today is Feb. 5th 2025. What a horrible dishonest company!

Ordered 2 tshirts on October 6th 2024. Contacted Teezily multiple times, same generated email response every time. Recently contacted them again for the
5th time asking for a refund. No response at all! Looks like I will never see the goods or my $110.00 again.
Teezily are a money grabbing shonky organisation that has no morals or intention of providing the products that have been ordered.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FOR THEM.

I wouldn't even rate them a 1☆.
