Delivery/Product as expected. I'm using Tek4life now for 3 years and very satisfied.

exactly bas ordered..only issue was with DHL who said they tried to deliver to my house but never and took it straight to a a pick up point...why lie DHL??

Great price and fast delivery

Great customer service, super friendly and helpful. Sometimes a short wait but welcomed with a smile. Installed a screen protector on two devices. Although as an observation I'm not sure why the screen protector on the tablet itself doesn't cover the whole screen - there's like a 4mm gap around the edges. Other than that everything perfect.

Worst Customer Service EVER. I made 200km to deliver an item at their physical store in Porto. Even though the item was under the guarantee period they just simply refused to accept it because it was shopped online, so I must came back home and send it via carrier. And unexpectedly in the Portuguese law there is nothing forcing them to accept an item bought online on a physical store, even if it is THE SAME STORE.
All they can do is precisely find grey spaces in the law and took it as a shield for their lack of values, their arrogance, and their contempt.
If you care about your psychological well being, don’t ever buy from this scam store

O pior atendimento ao cliente de todos os tempos. Percorri 200 km para entregar um item na loja física deles no Porto. Mesmo estando dentro do período de garantia, eles simplesmente se recusaram a aceitá-lo porque foi comprado online, então tive que voltar para casa e enviá-lo pela transportadora. E, inesperadamente, na lei portuguesa não há nada que os obrigue a aceitar um item comprado online em uma loja física, mesmo que seja NA MESMA LOJA. Tudo o que eles sabem fazer é encontrar lacunas na lei e usá-la como escudo para sua falta de valores, sua arrogância e seu desprezo. Se você se preocupa com seu bem-estar psicológico, nunca compre nesta loja fraudulenta.

We ordered a LG OLED for approx €1750 through Mediamarkt marketplace at Tek4life..

We unpacked the tv and it was not working. The tv light was blinking 4 times in a row, which indicates a hardwareproblem (LG website). This was due to a broken screen on the left bottom. We reported it broken to Tek4life and they responded that we should sent it back. So we did. After 10 days Tek4life sent a email that it was our fault that the tv was broken because "we did´t properly pack the tv for the return". Ofcourse this cannot be true since the tv was already broken when it arrived at our house, that´s why we sent it back! Also we packed the tv in the original box with the original packaging materials. Tek4life does not respond on emails and also don´t pick up the phone. We tried to contact the commercial director Tiago Costa, but got no response on emails from him and he is not answering the phone.

This is a typical scam that happens more with internet shops; a product is broken when it arrives at the customer, they ask you to sent it back and then they blame the customer. They have your money and tv and don´t repond.

You would not expect this from a company connected to Mediamarkt.

We have to take legal steps to even get heard by Tek4life and to get our money back. We will update here if there is any legal progress on this part

Great customer service and good availability of products

Good item, great price, fast delivery,but needed a follow up as process seemed to have stalled. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star experience.

Scammers using gray patterns in their online shop webdesign to lure customers into the shop and charge them extra by claiming online prices cheaper than in store however this is shown in very small letters. Don’t accept visa or Mastercard as online payment methods.

Good price, fast order processing, delivery without any issues. What can be improved - I needed to guess myself how to track the package, there was no link for tracking - only number, and it was not clear how to use it for tracking.

Honestly? Because it was the first things I ordered to build a pc to arrive at my house. I didn't need to deal with no nonsense, no delays, no (apparent) problems. Nothing. It was great!
